Personality:
Karma is not a very tolerant person. She can deal with the fact that you may or may not be human, and doesn't care whether you are rich or poor. However, she can't stand idiots, nor will she put up with them. She likes to have sugar when she's feeling low, or bored, and has a whole stash of candy in the pocket of her schoolbag. She doesn't really like many people, but she can put up with most things. Talk to her in a demeaning way, or try to mess with someone she cares about, she can and will make you regret it, whether it be down the road or immediately.
Kama, on the other hand, is quite a simple creature. She enjoys blood and boys, and doesn't mind a few good-smelling girls now and again. She has a particular fondness for claiming people, and would do almost anything to see Pyro again. She dislikes anything that puts her host in danger, and influences Karma without her knowledge. Soon enough, the lines between Karma and Kama will blur, and who knows where the world will be left then?

Overall history:
Madeline and Regulus were happy enough together, but when Madeline got pregnant, Regulus became very scared for the baby. It for this, and other reasons, that he sent her away, and gave his life to stopping the dark lord. On the way to the safe house she was attacked, and could only hope the unborn child was still alright. She prayed for a miracle as she lie there dying, and the miracle came in the form of Aurmerle Pyrrhos. He changed her into a Vampire.
Madeline did not know if her child was still alive and well, but she lived as a Vampire for sixty some years, always insisting on being apart from the Vampire coven proper. It was one day, when sitting in the now-abandoned House of Black, that she spoke to the portrait of Grandmother Black, and realized that her baby may still be alive.
The thought entranced her. She could have a little Regulus, just like the man she loved, and have him all to herself. With this in mind, the woman searched high and low, through books and muggle myths and immortals, until she found a half plausable way to do it. She could be human. The ritual itself has been lost, but the blood magic involved left a dark stain on Madeline to never be undone; one that could have been transferred to her daughter.
Karma was born on May 11th, and she did not cry.
For the first five years of the child's life, Madeline did her best to raise her with her heritage, on both sides, in mind. The girl was headstrong like her father, smart and hyper, just as any decedent of Black should be. Even with the arrival of Jet Zambini nothing seemed to change. Karma was happy as ever.
Madeline, however, was holding a secret within her. She didn't want to worry her children. Jet and Karma had become close, and she did not want to break their bond. Karma would need someone other than Lace when she moved on.
Madeline died as her newly-human body starved for the nutrients it had been neglected as a Vampire. The process was slow, but it was still deadly.
Karma buried her at the age of five, and lived with Lace and Jet ever since. They were the only family she'd known her entire life.
And now they're both gone.
Throwing herself at her pets, humans of all shapes and sizes with a certain amount of... quirks... Karma began to build an army.
But who is her enemy?
