Adventure? (Open)

Diane watched at the tall, stone house they call 'THE SHRIEKING SHACK'.

Hhhmm.. the home of ghosts, eh? a small grin can be seen on her face as she leaned in towards the shack.

Well, It's not pretty bad. I can see the entrance from here
She took a step towards the shack thinking of what she might encounter there. Who knows? she might make friends. Ghost friends. Anyhow, the shack can't be that bad, can it? It's only stories. There ain't no proof.

Kathy noticed D walking towards the shrieking shack.

"What business might D be dealing with there?" She wondered.

She then tiptoed towards D attempting to scare her.

She shouted "BO!" as she put her hands on her Shoulders.

Diane jumped a bit. It seems not only the inside of the shack is haunted.. but also the outside. It's haunted by an annoying little git who scares every bit of a 14-year-old to death.

"KATHRYN ANNE DAGWORTH!!!" Diane exclaimed. Oh, she's gonna get it now.

Kathy burst out laughing from D's reaction.
She wiped all of her tears as she noticed Diane was already getting angry at her.

"Woah! Calm down little 14-year-old girl. It was just a little fun" She said as she patted D's back.
"But you know what? You should see your face when...you uggh.. jumped o... off your feet" Kathy then laughed as hard as she could that she even couldn't speak well.

"I'm sorry about that D."

"Oh yeah??" Diane exclaimed, throwing a snowball at Kathy.

And now, it was her time to laugh...

"Hey!" Kathy exclaimed as she felt the cold sensation pass through her back.

"You wanna play that game eh?" she said with a quick throw of snowball which ended up on D's forehead.

"Now, We're even!" Kathy said as she laughed.

She heard something unusual as Diane and her we're having fun.

What was that?....

Might be just the cold wind. She thought

Diane stopped upon hearing an odd sound all of the sudden. She'd like to think of it as the afternoon breeze but something inside her says it isn't.

"It's coming from the shack," she mumbled. taking Kathy's hand and dragging her towards the old building.

"Wait D, !" Kathy said as she was dragged by Diane.

"What do you plan to do now?" She thought.

Wandering around, Scarlet saw two girls standing in front of this spooky old building so called 'THE SHRIEKING SHACK'. Staring at the girls, Scarlet seemed to recognize them.

"Oh! It's Diane and Kathy...haha!", She said to herself with something evil came up to her mind. Scarlet tiptoed towards them. She was about to scare them but all of a sudden she slipped! "SNICKER DOODLES!", she exclaimed as she hurriedly got up from the icy cold snow.

Hearing a "BAM!" from behind, Kathy quickly turned her head.
She only saw Scar down to her knees.
She suddenly got out from D's strong hold at her hand.

"Scar! Here let me help you" Kathy said as she offered some helping hand.

"Thanks Kathy", she said slightly embarrassed. "The result of playing pranks on other people...I wish I didn't did that on the first place but still there's nothing I could do... <sigh> regrets do always comes at the end! That was nothing! Haha!", she said to herself.

"So what brought you here guys? Aren't you guys afraid of this big old spooky building?!", she asked curiously changing the topic.

"Anytime Scar!" Kathy exclaimed.

"Well, we weren't actually planning to go in there but Diane and I heard some unusual noises.
And Diane here *Facing at Diane* just couldn't handle being curious about that sound, aren't you?" she replied with a bit of a smile.

"Well, of course! 'cause I love adventure a lot!", Scarlet grinned.

"What? are we going inside or not?", she asked with excitement.

Do i have any choice?

"Well, i might as well toughen my guts. " Kathy said as she bit her lip.
