Melodramatic [OPEN]

Anna sat quietly on the chair, slowly eating her ice-cream. The summer heat was really bothering her, and she needed something really cold to cool her off. At the same time, Anna wondered if any of her old friends from Hogwarts was around. She had spent most of her summer visiting her grandparents in Asia - Bhutan, specifically - and she wanted to see people from school she recognized, een if she hadn't met them yet.

Mr. Ordinary accepted his ice cream from the witch behind the counter. He took a bite and smiled, there was no better flavor than pumpkin and celery. He had planned to take the treat with him on his walk back to Hogwarts, but then he spied a familiar face.

"Hello, Ms. Tshering," he said, voice low and rumbling.

He remembered the girl from the year before. Being the care taker of a school filled with students it was hard to avoid them.

"I hope you had a good summer at home." He took another bite of ice cream.

"Oh..." Anna smiled sweetly, looking up from her seat. There was the school caretaker she and Nat sometimes wondered was a spy... well, what else did they have to do when homework was thin on the ground? "Hi there... Mister Ordinary. Summer was all good. How was yours?"

To be honest, she felt like standing up from her seat and running, but she knew that was much too impolite.

Mr. Ordinary smiled grimly. "There were a few troublesome students I had to...deal with over the summer, but otherwise it went well."

He took another bite of ice cream, noticing her discomfort. "I'll see you at the castle, Ms. Tshering," he said.

The caretaker glanced once more around the tables in the shop before walking away.

Lucas entered the Ice-cream parlour in a good mood. He just ordered a chocolate ice cream and was looking around for a place to sit,when he noticed another student from Hogwarts. "hey, my name's Lucas," he introduced himself.

Anna looked up from her ice-cream to see a boy from Gryffindor she had never seen or recognized.

"I'm Anna," she replied, smiling sweetly. "And nice to meet you, Lucas."
