Lesson Two H&PE (Third year) Empty Lesson Two H&PE (Third year)

Asric stopped right in the middle of the field and glanced at his watch. He was five minutes early, he sighed glancing down at the register a little disappointed at how many students he had. That just meant he could work more with each person.

Ethan arrived to H and PE early as only the professor was there. He walked up to the professor and said hello to him before standing off and waiting for the others to get there.

Karma wandered over to the H&E clearing, humming a little tune. Last lesson had been quite fun, and she wondered what they'd be doing today. She was pretty excited. She loved this class. She nodded at the Headmaster and sat on the grass, just as she did at every class she had outdoors. Bring it on.

Lucy arrived only third to class. She nodded at the headmaster, ignored Karma, and grinned brightly at Ethan. She knew she should keep quiet, but she could resist poking Ethan in the ribs and whispering, "Hi Ethie."

Ethan turned when Lucy poked him in the ribs and said hello.

"Oh Hi Lucy nice to see you here," he beamed, "I can hardly wait to see what this class has in store for us!"

Oliver walked into the middle of the field where his class was. He had a smile on his face because he knew he wasn't late this time. He greeted the Headmaster and sat on the grass as well, like the fellow Slytherin in his class.

He clapped his hands loudly gaining all their attention. "Stand! This is a physical education class sitting is lazy." He said picking up the case beside him. "Right 10 shiny points will be awarded to anyone who can tell me what i have in here." He said tapping a hand on the side of the case it was just a little big bigger than a brief case in size.

Karma stood, not unhastily, and raised her hand. "Is it a crossbow?" She had her fingers crossed behind her back. She really wanted it to be a crossbow. Really really. She loved shooting arrows, and crossbows were one of her favorite weapons.

He smiled and shook his head. "Nope most cross bows do not belong in a case. Only those that have been specialised do. What ever is in here isn't as accurate and will need to be used a little closer or a lot closer depending on how you use them." He said patting the case.

    "Nice try though. Next guess."

Lucy immediately thought of any weapons used in hand to hand combat.

    "Daggers?"

"Correct 10 points. This is my dagger and knives set. All good hunters have one, without one you cannot call yourself a hunter." He said opening the case to show lots of different knives all laid out in order.

He picked up one knife and showed it to them. "A dive knife: usually have tough thermal plastic handles, durable sheaths, and convenient blade release mechanisms. Can anyone tell me what this kind of knife specialises in?" He asked looking around for a volunteer.

Ethan raised his hand and said "Dive Kinves are used to free yourself or your buddy, should you get tangled in the ever increasing amount of fishing line or net strewn around the ocean each day."

He considered the answer. "Right on the most part but Dive knives specialise in anything underwater. So yes if you find yourself trapped in a fishermens net it would be useful to cut yourself out. It is also easy to clean." He said popping the knife away from it's handle.

He put the dive knife back into his case and picked up another. Who can tell me what this knife is used for?" He said holding it out for them to look at.

"To cut things up?" Oliver suggested, unsure. "Y'know, remove the skin or scales on fish or mammals, etc?"

He shook his head. "Not quite, because the knife is fixed it allows you to stab. This knife is for close combat so it you get into trouble pull out this knife and slit its throat." He said spinning the knife in his hand before looking down at his watch.

"Oh we've run out of time. Right look up the different types of knives and their uses, i may test you next lesson. Right run along i expect tea should be ready soon." He said before apparating on the spot.
