Ear it is (Ric, Damian, Seth)

Seth watched as Damian took off and then headed a different direction. He knew there were 2 wolves so one of them was following him. Running along he made sure to literally zigsag like he was drunk. He made sure to not go back on his route but kept a forward pace.

Spotting a stand of trees he made for it turning in and out of the trees running past a stream and then a rock pile. He was getting tired so he needed to find a tree. That was the only way to stay safe from the wolves.

Trees rushed past him as he tried to find one that was good enough to climb. Finding one that looked suitable he ran as hard as he could for it like his life depended on it and which it just well might. It wasn't too far away. He made sure to keep to his random pattern as well.

Asric let out a loud growl followed by one given out by Ghost. He knew what they were planning and that alone was their biggest mistake. He pounced forwards, taking slow strides to give them a head start because no one could out run a predator. Once they were far enough he ran flat out with his nose to the floor to catch them, Ghost following his actions.

Once they were close enough, both him and Ghost dived forwards and sank their teeth into the boys ankles instantly making them fall to the floor. Once they were down they jumped and held them down with their front paws. "Tut tut boys, never turn your back on a better hunter." He said as he turned back human, he gave a little whistle for Ghost to come back to his side. "Were you heading to climb a tree?" He asked.

Damian let out a pained cry as the sharp teeth of a wolf sank into his ankle - that bloody hurt! Right. He knew that. How stupid of him.

The boy nodded, tears stinging his eyes despite himself. "Yes, sir," he managed before continuing to grit his teeth against the pain.
