Delaney looked between her father and Willow, her blue eyes wide and sparkling.

"It's okay," he cooed to the girl, "You can spend girl time with Willow, while Daddy talks to Auntie Bridget. You want to don't you?"

Again the girl glanced between the two adults before giving a grin and nodding vehemently, making her blonde locks bounce about her head.

"Good," Colin smiled as he slipped off his bar stool and lifted the girl onto Willow's lap, "You be a good girl and Daddy will be right back."

He kissed the top of her head, and gave Willow a greatful smile before slipping across the room towards his sister.

Delaney blinked at Willow for a minute before giving her a shy smile, "'ur prewtty."

Willow watched as the two parted temporarily and Delaney was placed on her lap, she wasnt heavy, she was warm though and it made Willow smile, it was a comforting feeling to be sure.

    "Hey there Delaney."

Smiling broadly Willow curled one of Delaneys hair around her fingers.

"I think that you're prettier than me, you have lovely blue eyes, mine are brown and boring, and you have lovely blonde hair, you look like a princess."

Willow smiled and flicked her wand, a small blue bird flew out the end and perched on her finger, smiling gently she held her finger out to Delaney.

    "Want to stroke her?"

The little girl giggled as Willow played with her curl.

"Thawk you," the girl giggle again. "Daddy call me 'is Pwincess."

The small girl's eyes lit up as the bird appears.

"Birdie!" she squealed, clapping with delight.

The girl nodded vehmentally at the question, and slowly reached out her small hand to pat it's head.

    "Nice, Birdie."

Willow smiled softly at Delaney, she seemed to be enjoying her company which was just lovely, she wanted to be able to be like this with her own child one day, and she hoped that day would be soon.

"Well your daddy is right then isnt he?"

With that Willow winked, tapped her wand on Delaney's head and a small gold tiara appears there, fitting perfectly.

"Now you have the tiara to match you!"

The bird flitted off her fingers and out the open door but Willow grinned, and whispered into Delaney's ear as she looked over at her dad and auntie:

"What do you think they're talking about?"

Delaney squealed with delight at the tiara. She reached up to pat it before giggling.

"I a weal pwincess now!" she declared with glee.

She frowned slightly as the bird took off, "Bye-bye Birdie!!"

She waved at the creature. Before looking over at her family.

Colin was frowning slightly as he spoke to his sister; it wasn't a completely noticable expression, it looked like it could have been more of a trick of the light unless you knew the man's expression well.

Delaney answered the question with one simple word.

    "Mommy."

Willow chuckled lightly as Delaney seemed so pleased with her tiara, it was something Willow had an aptitude for, slightly girlie spells that had no real usage.

    "Yes! Yes you are!"

Immediately Willow regretted asking, she knew that it couldn't be good if they were talking about it away from Delaney.

    "Ah...I see..."

Willow smiled softly and made more little butterflies come out her wand to distract Delaney, but now she knew why Colin had seemed so sad and her heart tugged for him, and Delaney, knowing that sense of loss all too well.

Too young to really understand the implications of her answer, or to dwell on such thoughts when there were other things to see, Delaney was immediatly distracted by the new bout of butterflies that came out of Willows wand.

She was laughing and trying to snatch at one of the small creatures when Colin pulled himself away from his sister and came back to the bar.

"And what do we have here?" he asked smiling down at the little girl, "You got something in your hair, Del-Bel."

"Daddy!!" the girl squealed immedately holding her arms out to the man, "Will-Woah makes me a pwincess."

Colin laughed as he snatched the girl up in his arms, "Did she now? And did you thank Willow?"

Delaney nodded her head vehmentally although in truth the young girl had done no such thing. Colin laughed.

"Thank you Willow," he smiled at the woman, "You seem to have gotten yourself a new friend."

Willow smiled as she saw that Colin was coming back over, although a little sad that she didn't have a lot of time to shower the girl with more gifts and butterflies she gave her back to him with a smile.

    "Awwwwww, isn't that cute...."

She grinned when Delaney said her name wrong, but it was just so cute for her to correct her on.

"Of course she did! Princesses have the best manners."

Willow grinned wider when Colin said that she had a new friend, she really did like the two of them and she didn't want this to be the last time that they met, but it might be, she didnt want to push.

"And I'm happy that I have."

"Well then," Colin smiled easily, "We'll have to make sure she keeps her perfect mannors."

He gave the small girl an idulgent smile and tickled her.

As she giggled, Colin turned back to Willow, "It was splended to meet you Willow; I hope that we will be able to see each other again. We certainly know where we'll get Del-Bel's first broom, don't we?"

Delaney nodded with a large giggle as Colin pulled her curls.

Willow smiled softly and she nodded at Colin, glad that he seemed to feel the same way about not loosing touch completely, after all, she could be an excellent baby sitter for Delaney if he needed to go out.

"Really? You'll come by? That'll be lovely! I'll make sure to do you a deal."

Winking at Colin Willow smiled at Delaney and gently squeezed her hand.

"Well then, if you ever need a babysitter, you know where to come."

"Of course we'll come by - we couldn't dream of going anywhere else," he smiled kindly.

Colin smiled again, "That would be lovely - I am sure Del-Bel would like that sometime wouldn't you?" He turned to the girl, who once more nodded.

"Well, we do have to go know, but I do feel like we will se eachother soon," Colin waved a fairwell, and urged the little girl to do the same.

She gave the woman a small wave and a smile, "Buh-bye Will-woah!"

Willow smiled as they said that they would see each other again soon and she sighed happily, she did like making new friends and it seemed she had made two this very day! Which was lovely.

"Okay then! Take care you guys! Bye bye Delaney, bye bye Colin."

Waving to them as they left, Willow took out her wand and with a muttered spell, all the glitter was gone from the table and she smiled happily.
