Elizabeth looked over at Miles as he pointed his wand at her " And what are you going to do with Miles" Elizabeth said in a mocking tone, before Miles could answer they were interupted by a girl calling out to Miles she came running over Elizabeth recognised the girl, she use to torment her when she was in kindergarden

Elizabeth looked over at the other girl who was standing beside Miles "Im Elizabeth Lestrange, don't you forget it sweety" Elizabeth then began walking over towards Kirsten, "Of course she remembers me don't you" Elizabeth said with a smirk "Well Cresswell looks like you've lost a lot of weight since the last time I've seen you" Elizabeth said while jabbing her wand into Kirsten's side

Elizabeth then walked over to Mitchell's grave and saw the bouquet of flowers at the bottom on the grave " Incendio" Elizabeth said viciously the flowers instantly caught on fire and were reduced to ashes " Oops, how clumpsy am I" Elizabeth said while she let out a burst of laughter

Elizabeths typical Slytherin actions caused Kirsten to hold back the urge to Petrificus Totalus her there and then. She'd hoped - maybe a little foolishly - that she'd have grown up a bit and be ready to act like a mature young lady. Obviously not, she thought dryly. Once a Lestrange, always a Lestrange ...

"Yeah, I've lost some weight," Kirsten said proudly, deciding not to mention that every child under the age of six was expected to carry some puppy fat, "yet I still see you have the same ugly poodle hair." she giggled snidely, and yet when Elizabeth set dear Mitchell's flowers on fire, the facade of cruelty fell, and she felt some sadness well up. "How dare you do that to Mitchell!" she screeched, looking over to see how Miles would react ...

Miles glared at Elizabeth as she insulted Kirsten he then watched her walk over to Mitchell's grave and burn the flowers, Miles became inraged with anger towards his cousin How could she do that, she knows what Mitchell means to me Miles thought angerily to himself

Miles then felt his hand grasp his wand tighter he then turned to his cousin his eyes were full of fury "Your just like the rest of my sick family, me and mum are the only normal ones" Miles yelled he then aimed his wand at his cousin again " Serpensortia" a jet black snake sprung from Miles's wand it swiftly slithered over to Elizabeth and struck her on the ankle

Elizabeth let out a scream of pain, and fell to the ground squeezing her ankle, the snake then began slithering towards Elizabeth's face. Miles then quickly yelled "Vipera Evanesca" the snake suddenly disappeared into thin air

All this commotion should not be occurring in a graveyard... but even he couldn't hold back his rage when she burnt the flowers by the boys grave... he was about to intervene until Miles swiftly took her down... he silently walked out from behind the flowerless grave and slowly drawing his wand he said in a calm voice
"Miles, calm yourself... think rationally" he eyed off the other two girls, making sure they were alright
he went over to the Slytherin girl and looked at her ankle... "is everything okay? Anything hurt?" he stood
"If so good because heartless wenches like yourself deserve to suffer, if you do anything against my friends again I'm coming after you..." looking at the other girls and at Miles he continued "And I know I won't be alone"

He took a few steps back and gestured at the grave, "Miles would you like to do the honours"

Elizabeth glared over at the boy who asked if she was alright, she then stood up and walked over to Miles " You should know better than to attack one of your Professors Milesie" Elizabeth smirked as she saw the confusion on Miles's face

Elizabeth chuckled " Oh didn't your father tell you, I've been appointed the new Professor for Occlumency" Elizabeth then looked over at the other Ravenclaw boy and as for you, rude little boys like you need to be punished

"Incarcerous" serval ropes appeared around the boys neck and began to strangle him, the boy fell to his knee's gasping for air Elizabeth continued to point her wand at him to hold the charm, she had smile of satisfaction across her face

He grasped for breath only enough for one word, he pointed his wand at his attacker and wheezed, 'expelliarmus' as the wand flew from her hand he pointed the wand at his throat and whispered 'relashio' as the rope fell, he turned the wand once more on his defenseless professor
"It is very rude to burn flowers at a person's grave... as a professor you should have a responsibility to respect fellow students and respect the dead" he put his wand by his side and continued
"I will no longer retaliate as the next move you make will show whether you are a professor or a stone hearted fool... and just remember the last spell on my wand is relashio, so I had to release myself... from who, you! The headmaster would love to hear that wouldn't he... your position as professor wouldn't be that for long, and with three witnesses" he indicated toward Miles and the three girls "Be rational"

He stood in an open position, his throat was still sore but after a swift cough he raised his arms up and said "Do you dare risk your job?"

October saw the Lestrange burn Mitchell's flowers up. '[i]How dare she do that.' she thought. October raised her wand, about to Stupefy her, when Miles beat her too it. When the snake disappeared a boy, came up to them and asked if Elizabeth was alright, October had half the mind to knock him out when 'our lovely professor' bounded him up in ropes.

After all that jazz, the boy raised his wand at Elizabeth and asked if she risked her job. Of course October couldn't stay silent for this long so she finally spoke up.

She walked ahead, "You know what, I don't care if your a professor or not but when you threaten my friends, Well then let's just say, you would wish you would have never met me." October aimed her wand right at Elizabeth, "Stupefy! Sectumsempra!"

OOC: In the second paragraph, I just skipped ahead a bit 'cause I didn't want type what everyone knows again.

"What the hell!" he grabbed the girls hand and pushed it toward the ground, "why would you do that? I know she's a cow but she is also a professor... we haven't even started the year and we attack a professor... Only retaliate,or restrain... don't jump to violence, you are Gryffindor not Slytherin!"

Kirsten took this moment as an opportunity to jump between the boy and the girl who had just assaulted a professor, before things could escalate to an even more dangerous level. "How now," she said, trying her best for a soothing voice, but couldn't quite manage due to the confronting sight of the crumpled and now pitiful looking Professor Lestrange. "You're right," she said, looking at the boy, "there is no need for violence, but I understand your anger," she said kindly to the girl. She of all people could understand what people with hot tempers were inclined to do.

"Okay, thank you finally some sense" he turned to this girl and said "I'm Vincent, nice to meet you... now what am I going to do? Should I heal the professor?"

He knew he should heal her, but he kept an eye on The aggressive Gryffindor.
His eyes flicked from the gryffindor to the sensible ravenclaw to the stunned miles and finally to the injured professor

Kirsten extended her hand, a smile playing on her lips, "It's a pleasure to make your aquaintance, Vincent. I'm Kirsten Cresswell, Miles' friend from way back." After shaking his firm hand she assessed the scene before them with the same bewilderment that was reflected in Vincent's eyes. "Perhaps," she began, "it would be best to heal Elizabeth ... though God knows she deserves some pain, at least we'll be the bigger, more mature people, by helping her out."

Vincent swiftly knelt next to professor Lestrange 'accidently' slipping his knee forward and knocking her in the side
""Sorry professor" he said kindly when really he wanted to do it again... he had to be the bigger person
'menungite' he said waving his wand over her body, the cuts were small but multiple as they healed he stood took a few steps back and aiming his wand at the professor he said 'rennervate' bringing her back to consciousness

God he hoped she wouldn't kill them, but his threat hopefully still applied.

Miles was shocked at the courage of October that she attacked Elizabeth, Miles felt bad whe his Elizabeth was lying on the ground with cuts on her body after she was his cousin

Vincent went over and healed Elizabeth, Miles smiled at Vincent as a sign of his appreaciation " Thank you Vincent" Miles said while placing his hand on Vincent's shoulder, Miles then walked over towards Elizabeth

"Please Elizabeth, can you just leave" Miles said with a begging tone in his voice, he knew what Elizabeth was like and Miles knew that if his friends keep provoking her that she would end up really hurting them, or worse

Elizabeth glared over at the Ravenclaw boy, How dare he touch me Elizabeth thought with disgust. Miles walked over to her and asked her to leave

Elizabeth gave a small smile to Miles "Fine ok then" she saidly coldly, Elizabeth then leaned in closer to Miles and whispered in his ear

" Don't forget that your a Bloxam, and don't forget your task this year, we'll talk more once you get to Hogwarts" Elizabeth leaned back and gave a sly wink to Miles then looked up at the rest of the group and glared at them

" And don't any of you dare think of joining my class, you survived today but perhaps in my class you won't be so lucky" Elizabeth then turned her back on the group and apparated back to her family estate

"thank god shes gone... a graveyard is a place of peace," he smiled at miles "good job, you did well" he turned to the gryffindor putting his hands on her shoulders he focused into her eyes and said calmly "you are a brave and proud gryffindor, you defended your friend valiantly... if it weren't a professor I would gladly fight by your side" finally he came over to kirsten and hugged her whispering "thank you, I couldn't have done much without you" he released her and. Smiled broadly
"would you llike to return the flowers?"

October looked back to the group when the boy started shouting at her. She didn't say anything, she couldn't tell the reason why she did that to a professor, she couldn't tell them that the Lestrange family had made her an orphan.

October just looked at the ground, thinking about her family, when she felt a hand on her shoulder, it was Vincent. After, he had told her, that she was very brave, she just nodded slightly and gave a weak smile.

He walked. Over to michaels grave said a short prayer and apology and cast 'orchideous' he stiff put his hand on miles shoulder and said
"i hope she leaves you alone"
He spoke to everyone " keep your eye out for Elizabeth she isn't someone we want near miles" he apoarated
