    Nocturnal (OPEN) Empty Nocturnal (OPEN)

Post by Harrison Lamperouge Fri Nov 25, 2011 6:16 am

Whether it was insomnia or discomfort, Harrison had trouble getting some sleep and wounded up near the lake during a nighttime walk. He couldn't understand on what was keeping him fully awake and alert. As he sat near the bank of the lake in meditation, there was absolutely no avenue that would grant him some rest. It was tempting to take some sleeping pills but that just wasn't an option to consider, given the risks.

As he tried to calm his active state of mind down, Harrison could hear the sounds of nature ranging from the crickets to the occasional rustling of the trees by passing winds. The nighttime near the lake was very peaceful and Harrison was starting to slowly enjoy the environment, relaxing to the sounds of nature.

Siobhan should stop getting so drunk in the middle of the night. She had ended up in the lake again, but this time, she was sure someone was nearby. There had to be. She could feel it. Siobhan was no fortune teller, but her hunches were more often correct than not. Why they were, Siobhan had no idea, but it was down to accurate intuition.

"I..." she whispered, barely coherent. "I don't know..."

Siobhan then tripped over a leaf, and she ended up in front of a man she had never met. She blinked for a second, and she fell asleep.

Harrison thought he heard footsteps before opening his eyes to see a young girl moving in a disorderly manner as though drunk. What the hell? Since when did underage drinking become such norm here? He didn't know what to do before seeing the girl drop right in front of him and pass out cold.

Harrison sighed. So much for thinking that the lake was empty tonight. Taking off his jacket, he placed it over her and shook his head. Perhaps once she woke up and actually got over the hangover that was certain to follow, he could about being publicly intoxicated.

"Kids these days..." Harrison muttered to himself.
