It was past midnight, raining, and sitting on a sturdy library chair was the troublesome gryffindor, Diane Scamander.

She wasn't reading or anything. In fact, she has no idea why she was even there.
All she knows is that she was practicing flying on her broom then it suddenly rained so she went into the library window and then there she was, bored.

She stared at the window, frowning.
"If the rain doesn't stop soon, I'll be in big trouble," she thought.

Actually, it should be against the law to even be awake at pat midnight and much worse, she's awake past midnight, in the library.

She found herself doing her best to suppress a very large yawn.

And completely failing.

The yawn just would not be contained, so Diane had not choice but to let it out, making as much noise as possible. After all, it wasn’t like anybody would hear her – all the people were probably asleep right now, right?

Diane had to be completely alone.

In the library.

Flora walked into the library minding her steps. Maybe this time, just this once, she'll be able to get to the restricted section.
She closed the door behind her with a muted thud and tip tioed into the aisles. Suddenly she froze in her track, there was someone there, yawning. And she sounded like a lady. Madame Blood! Crap!

A loud gasp startled Diane.

Oh dear, if I don't get out of here, Madam Blood will
She looked at the window. Damn, Still raining.
there must be another way she thought.
She sighed. She had no other choice than to fly out.

Diane hurried out but suddenly, her shirt was caught up by the sharp thingy near the
window.

"Darn it!" she exclaimed. "Uh oh.." she realized she said that allowed.

Alright. Game over. No more sneaking out for me. she thought with a frown.

Iris woke up from the usual nightmare over the summer. Shuffling in her bed, she can no longer sleep. Not even close her eyes as her fear of that dream will creep inside of her again. She became silent, listening to the raindrops outside and the tapping of millions of crystals towards the castle. She sighed, then got up quietly so that she wouldn't wake up anyone.

Making sturdy walks, avoiding to ruffle Vee's blanket, she stood then headed for the door of the girl's dorm. Slytherins are all asleep. Low snoring heard from afar. Iris crept her way out and soon bolted the huge dungeon door shut.

She ran swiftly but with no noise around the castle corridors, the rain making a remorse. She loved rainy days. Not to include the fact that every moment a downpour will occur, she would oftentimes be so emotional and think for herself.

Iris stopped just as she reached the last step of the fourth floor stair. What time is it anyway? Maybe midnight? That's her common waking up time when having visions. Tying her purple robe tighter, she passed the dark halls and went inside the library.

Once inside, she hoped that the librarian will not get her caught. Or is that even possible when her breathing was so fast from the long trip or the feeling of nervousness overwhelming her. She heard distant sounds, eerie ones that can produce goosebumps on the skin. She went on to walk, the moonlit windows guiding her way until she heard someone shout.

Iris turned for the voice and gasped for the unexpected fate she will receive.

Diane heard another gasp. It sounded like a girl. And it sounded different from the other.
Her heart fluttered with joy.

It's obviously not Madam Blood. She can't be two people right? That's bloody impossible.

But another thought disturbed her. Which, in some way, made her nervous.
If they aren't Madam Blood, Who are they?

She walked towards the door. And said what every scared-slash-confused person would say.

"Wh-Who's There?"

Iris sighed loudly with relief once she heard a girl's voice. Probably not the librarian for sure. Was it another student? She didn't know unless she would witness for herself. She went with her breathing routine to get away with the fear and shock. Then she crept slowly through the high shelves of books in the first row, every now and then glancing one look on both directions of the pavement.

Finally, on the far end of the room she heard a close and fast breathing. Iris approached the sound carefully, her ears only her guide within the pitched black library. She decided that to talk was the best way to overcome the nervousness and she was slightly surprised to hear her own voice as shaky as the calling of the mysterious girl,

"Um. Hey. I'm just a student. I don't bite. Where are you exactly?" she asked curiously with her mind closed from the need to feel the emotion and air around the room. Fully remembering her dear mentor's recommendation over the past term.

Flora crouched low behind an aisle, evening out her breathing. Seems like there are two other people in the library. Just her luck.
But she wasn't willing to give away her identity just yet, even though one declared herself a student and the other sounded too shaky for the stern librarian.

"So, the other one's a student" Diane deliberated. But who's the other one?

Once again she was filled with confusion. "Lumos" She chanted, making a light glow from her wand.

"H-Hello?"

Iris retreated a few steps back as the blinding light by the girl's wand hit her eyes. She put a hand over her eyes for protection and felt her robe pockets. No wand. She should get used to bringing it in case of emergencies. Too disturbed to remember perhaps. As always. She stuttered and stepped back again, finally settling herself to relax.

"Woah. Easy. It was too dark after all. Um - hey. I'm Eye. Slytherin." Said Iris while rolling the balls of her feet wrapped up in fury slippers with a cute cat attached to the front. She removed her hand from her face and saw the girl with confusion glinting in her face.

Iris felt another presence inside the room. Another student just there. She looked around her anxiously and sort of asked the silent air,

"Who's there? Hello? We don't bite."

Diane was relieved to see the girl. "Whew, I thought you were someone else"

She turned around. "Speaking of someone else"

She stood closer by the girl. "Alright. show yourself."
