She just braided her hair into a long, sleek, one sided braid and put her clothes on when she felt like walking to Hogsmeade was a good idea.
Nova was now in her first month of pregnancy and had certain cravings. Like now, when she desperately wanted hot cranberry tea that could only be found in the Three Broomsticks.
It was normal for her to walk in and sit at the same table she used to sit, while still in school. She ordered the tea and waited for it to come when she noticed a young man seating near her.

Alaric was sipping on his butterbeer when he saw a girl that looked so familiar. That night came back to him and he remembered them meeting and going back to his place. Maybe it was from shock, maybe from shame and maybe from guilt, that she forgot the evening completely.
There was a blank in her head that was now replaced by something that made her cheeks red.
At least now I know I wanted it, a thought came to her.
"Alaric, right?", she asked shyly.
"Yeah, I've been okay, I got a job at Hogwarts, my mom got killed, I've been feeling sick for a month or so, but it's only because I am pregnant, and oh, it's yours."

She didn't know why but she completely believed everything he said to her. Nova threw herself at him, resting her head on his shoulder while her tears fell on his shirt.
