Why did I do that? (JJ/Dimitri)

J. J. stomped out of the castle, feeling ready to- to- to do something... she didn't know what yet, but she knew in her gut that it was going to be really, really, really stupid.

Maybe she was turning into part see-er all of a sudden. Or maybe she just knew herself well enough not to trust this feeling.

She was so worked up over she didn't even know what, that she wasn't paying attention to where she was going. Why would she waste energy on that?!

Of course that meant that she almost stumbled into the lake, and to avoid stumbling into the the lake she had to back up suddenly and crashed right into someone else.

Great, that is just great!

"Sorry, I didn't - I wasn't-" she stuttered as she turned around and saw that she had ran right into the boy she had met on the train - Dimitri.

Her words died off as she felt an odd feeling bubble up in her stomach. She didn't know what was going on, but suddenly only one thought was in her head.

He's kinda cute.

Where had that come from? And why wasn't it going away? Oh god! What was wrong with her.

Before she could even think about what she was doing - why would she do something as reasonable as think? - she closed the small gap that was between them (since she had practically walked over him, there wasn't much space between them to begin with), tilted her toes up a to get rid of the small height gap and put her lips to his.

A break from everything, that's what he was looking for when he got out of the castle and walked over to the Lake. Feeling awfully tired and grumpy, because grumpiness was kind of in his Slytherin nature, he just wanted to sit and relax, maybe read one of the books that he brought in his bag, or, if he gets desperate, he could even do his homework.

The sky was all cloudy again, which didn't help at all, and the wind was blowing in his face, ruining his neatly done "messy" look.

Then a sudden, warmer wind blew and something odd happened - he saw JJ approaching him in rapid movement, and she didn't even see him standing there!

When she ran into him, she almost tripped him, and her as well, but he caught her and held her in his arms. Awkward, the thought while trying to respond to her apologetic words.

"Oh, it's okay...", he was stopped by he weird gaze and her lips on his.

SHE KISSED ME!, he thought, before going completely blank as he was trying to give everything he felt at the moment to her. The kiss had elements of roughness in it, but it was genuinely soft and inexperienced, because the boy didn't know what the hell he was doing.

He broke it off, as he felt tingles in his stomach, something he never felt before. Not knowing if it was a good or a bad thing, he didn't let go of the girl, but didn't say or do anything more than stare at her while blinking every now and so.

J. J. blinked slowly as Dimitri broke off the kiss, and just stood there for a long moment stunned. Her brain stalled, shock saving her a moment of unaffected bliss, before reality kicked in.

She felt a blush slowly but swiftly grow on her until her whole face was flaming.

Oh God! What did she just do? What is wrong with her? Where was her brain when she needed it?! Stupid, stupid!

Oh God, Dimitri!

She glance up at him for a moment, before promptly looking away, covering her face in her hands.

"Oh god," she groaned, "I am so-so- sorry. I don't know what I- why- I-I just.."

She shook her head, and realizing that he was still holding her - Why did she care about that fact so much? Why wasn't he letting go? Getting as far away from the freak? - she made a move to go.

"I'll just- I mean-" she stuttered nodding her head in a direction that was anywhere but there, "Oh god."

He was shocked in the same way the girl was shocked, only he was hiding it better than her. Feeling a certain hunger he knew so well, and knew he must control it, he realized he didn't let her go yet.

No, he couldn't let her go.

"Stay", he said slowly, pretending to breathe so it would calm him and made him not focused on her pulse and rapid heartbeat. "Please stay. I am sorry if I did something wrong."

J. J. struggled to leave only for a moment before realizing that Dimitri wasn't letting her go.

Slowly, she straighted herself, and nervously glanced back up at the boy.

"You want me to stay?" she asked in a small, rather pathetic voice.

"No, no," she shook her head vehmantly. He thought he did something wrong?! She was the one who practically sexually assulted him. He was probably minding his own buisness, and there she was acting like a- like a-

"I'm Sorry. I shouldn't have - I don't know what I was - well I do know what I was thinking, but I shouldn't have..." she trailled off as the the blush that had so resently gone away started to come back.
