Personality: Faye is a kind quiet girl, who keeps her pride to herself. She grew up being told that she wasn't worth her parents time so she has sort of adopted that into her personality, keeping herslef quiet and out of most peoples way.
To that end, she is very passionate, and strongly believes in everyone getting a fair chance. Although she does not have a chance to show it often, she does have a quick temper and a bitter humor, that she can wipe out whenever seh feels like someone she cares about needs to be defended. She cares more about helping and protecting others than she ever did about doing so for herself.

Overall history: An old Russian wizarding family, rather well off (meaning completely rich) and very, very proud of themselves, their heritage and their magic. They are more than a little stuck up, and believe strongly, about all else, in upholding 'THe Hansoff Name'

Her family is known for rather strong magic ablities that manifest themselves at a young age. When her brother was only three he was already manifesting accidental magic, and had very limitied control on it within a year. When Faye did not exhibit the same sort of magicial inclination the family immedately began to worry they had born a squib. She spent the next few years of her life, undergoing thousands of test to see if they could force the magic out. Finally, when it appeared that Faye, under extreme stress could exhibit some magic, but not much, it was deemed by the family that they did not need to get rid of her, however, she spends the rest of her time in the background, the families dark little secret, for she does not uphold the name properly.

During that time she learned to be timid and skittish, reading, and not quite believeing in herself. It was this attitude that she brought to Durmstrang and was surprised to find that she could actually make friends, and people there would accept her for herelf.

After passing out at the end of her Second year, Faye was Diagnosed with Leukimia, which she is struggling ot accept, and deal with; even though the healers claim it is not a leathel as she thinks, she still can't quite believe that she will be fine, despite what she may say to people outwardly.
