Check, Check and Check (Open)

J. J. wrapped the robes closer to her as she walked down the hall. She was cold, and not the normal cold either. It was a cold the felt like it was growing from her insides out rather than outside in.

She knew that kind of cold; it was the cold that was accompanied by a throbbing head -Check- pale complection yet bright red cheeks - Check -a rather feverish bodily temperatures -Check - and more often than not an upset stomach -Thank god that ones not-

J. J. stopped suddenly as the sensation hit her. Putting a hand to her stomach and avoiding a groan (anything that was even close to opening her mouth at the moment was out) she dashed down the hall and thanked the gods that there had been a bathroom close.

She went straight through the door, towards the nearest toilet, and allowed the contents of her stomach to come back up.

Sinking to her knees, she let out a groan and leaned her head against the stall. Vomiting -Check.

Cecile was sitting under a sink, playing with that godforsaken puzzle. She still couldn't figure it out. No matter what she did, it would melt in her hands and lie there useless for several minutes until it sucked itself into a tiny cube the size of a die.

Cecile had been in here for about two hours, trying desperately to figure this thing out. Suddenly, a sharp pain shot through all the fingers of her right hand, like an electrical shock. She dropped her wand and cradled her hand.

Then a girl burst through the door, and threw up in the nearest toilet.

After huddling in the stall for a long moment, making sure that she wasn't about to hurl her guts up again, J. J. slowly pulled herself to her feet and rather shakily walked back out into the main room.

She wrapped her arms around herself as she began to shiver, and turn to leave.

Stopping only when she saw someone sitting there under the sink. She felt heat flood her face. Oh god! Did that person just see her hurl?

"Oh," she finally managed weakly, "Hello there."

Cecile saw how unnaturally pale the girl was, and climbed out from her hiding spot under the sink. She took out a Skiving Snackbox and offered it to her,

"Here, eat the purple end," Cecile smiled, "I know, they're meant for jokes, but you'd be surprised how effective they are as remedies, too. I always use them when I get a migraine, or anything really."

J. J. took the small tablet and looked at it carefully. She remembered Karma telling her about these things eons ago. She looked up at the girl and she seemed to be really offering her help - besides it wasn't like one really needed to give her the puking end to make her do so.

Nodding she popped it in her mouth and swallowed. After a moment she thought she did indeed feel better, but that could have been all in her head.

"Thank you," she said after a moment. "What were you doing in here anyways, if you do not mind me asking."

Cecile smiled and took out the die, "It's a puzzle I got from my dad just before I left home. I'm obsessed with these sorts of things, and this one's particularly tricky. I've been trying to find some alone time all day to be able to figure it out, but it's just so noisy everywhere. Myrtle's really not so bad once you learn to tune her out."

Cecile realized that she hadn't even introduced herself,

"I'm Cecile, by the way. Cecile Gregory."

"Oh," J. J. breathed, looking at the thing she held out, "Have you figured it out yet?"

She had forgotten about mrytle. Well actually she had been too sick to care about which bathroom she went into. Now she looked about her nervously. She had heard about a ghost, but never met her.

"Hello Cecile," she said softly, "I'm J. J. Jones."

Cecile smiled, but only for a second, "We should go. I don't want you to have to get in trouble for me staying out late." She looked around the room once or twice, just to make sure Myrtle wasn't going to jump out at her again. She hated that.

"You're in Hufflepuff too, right?" she asked, "I know a shortcut to the common room if you're interested."

J. J. nodded. She was good with leaving. The bathroom was freezing. She hoped that maybe she could get a blanket or something in the commonroom, or at the very least sit by the fireplace.

Besides she was more than a little reluctant to meet Mrytle.

"Yes, I am," she responded, "And that would be great." On top of being cold to her core she was starting to feel very tired. A short cut would be splended.

Cecile opened the door to the bathroom, "Follow me, then, and try to keep quiet."

J. J. nodded. So long as she didn't suddenly feel the need to hurl again - and she was pretty confident that pill thing was working and she wouldn't - she would be able to follow that order.

So, carefully placing her feet so as to make as little noise as posssible she followed the girl out of the place.

Myrtle was floating around in her favorite stall when she heard two girl talking, she instanly became upset as one of them was talking about her, she then flew through the stalls towards the entrance of the bathroom and saw the two girls

" Yes thats right, just tune Myrtle out, Myrtle doesn't mind" Myrtle said her voice begining to become angry, she then floated closer to the two girls "Go on then just leave already, unless you want to tease me some more"

Myrtle then burst out wailing and began flying around the room, as she did so all the taps started to run slowly overflowing the sinks
