Character

Likes: Magic, feeling powerful, hurting muggles, the cruciatus curse (as well as the other Dark Arts spells)
Dislikes: Muggles, people who have strong family attatchments (she considers them fools), and being a muggle-born.
Strengths: She quickly catches on to new forms of magic, especially the dark arts. Also, she has no problem with hurting people or breaking rules (though this could just as easily be a weakness).
Weaknesses: She has no tact and has no idea when to keep her mouth shut, and tends to get in trouble. Also, if she doesn't care about something she doesn't bother putting in the work, making her fail many of her classes (especially defense against the dark arts).

History

Family: She was very close to her family when she was young. She was a tomboy, and would often play around with her father and brother. Her mother spoiled her rotten, and her brother (who was six years older than her) took good care of her. She would often play sports with him (he'd let her win) and go to movies. However, when she turned eight, she started to show signs of magic. Her family were strong-minded, anti-magical muggles. They decided to publicly do a witch burning to prove they no longer cared for her. Joshua lit the tinder around her on fire, but she unconsciously did magic that made the ropes binding her legs and arms fall apart, and ran from them. When she was 12 she'd mastered both the killing curse and the cruciatus curse, and came back and tortured them before finally killing them. She now enjoys muggle hunting, and is often stealing from them to get by (she has no money herself, not having a family).

Personal: She says exactly what she's thinking, and does so bluntly. She doesn't care if she hurts people's feelings, and doesn't hesitate to jump into a fight. She enjoys torturing and killing muggles, and doesn't mind doing the same to people with magical blood. She has a nack for the dark arts, and enjoys learning and using them. She doesn't trust people, thinking everyone's a backstaber like her family. She makes no attempt to make friends, and thinks that people who are emotionally attatched to other's are fools. She's intelligent but makes no attempt to learn something if she doesn't consider it worthwhile, earning her several bad grades.
