History

Family: Rachel's mother and father met when her father went to Italy on a trip a few years after Hogwarts, and it was a love-a-first-sight kind of romance. Rachel's mother's family were a rich Muggle family in Venice, Italy; Rachel's grandfather owned a well-known shipping company. Rachel's father came from a middle-class, pureblood wizarding family. They were married a year after they met and soon after, Rachel's older sister, Isabella, was born. Two years later, Rachel was born. When Rachel was two and a half, the Evans moved back to England so the girls would be able to have their magical education at Hogwarts.
Personal: Rachel was an outgiong child to say the least, she was the complete opposite of her prim and proper sister, Isabella. Rachel enjoyed reading up in the highest trees, wasn't afraid of getting dirty, and loved sports, especially Quidditch. Every summer she goes back to Italy to visit her large family there and has been able to speak fluently in Italian and English since the age of four.
