Love-Hate Relationship

The first time we met
We loathed each other
Hate words and fighting
Were exchanged between us
Months passed....realization hit me
We fought unlike others
It's cause we cared
The days we needed someone
To comfort us
Were the days we didn't fight
'cause we were busy
Being nice to each other

I remember the day
You said you were in love
My heart almost broke
And I knew that I already hated that girl
But you looked so happy
I should have been happy too
But I just remember tears....

You never told the girl you lovd her
You never mentioned her name
And then...you began dropping hints
I tried to convince myself
That I was just imagining it
But I knew it was just real
I was the one you love

OMG! I can't believe I'm sharing my RL Love Life to the RP world! Whatdoyathink? I thought about posting it just to let it go. Since my poem for homework is not checked yet. We were told to use vivid images and concrete details. So here it is. And I have tons of figures of speech right there. Hope you can quite make out what I mean. Yeah, I'm just too emotional.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I still have tons. And I chose that instead since what happened that day really made my Christmas wonderful. And some, they're just sorrowful and dark stuff. I rarely write things about the happy side of love.

Clashes of black water,
the panicked call of shouts

Do you remember?

Looking around frantically
not sure who is the Enemy or Ally

Do you remember?

Whimpers of being found
but not by the people you want

Do you remember?

Stinging red cheeks
kicks thrown with no care

Do you remember?

Cries of frantic pleads
prayers of ending this now

Do you remember?

Being found, half dead
with your cell mate still

Do you remember?

People whispering they are sorry
wants of your dead Cell mate

Do you remember?

Dressed in all black
knealing on a wooden platfrom

Do you remember?
Or do you bury your past,
and just simply go insane?




I literally just wrote this. So I have no idea if it is any good or not

Holy crap, you guys are GOOD! *gapes in awe at poetry* So, I wrote this based on a story I'm writing. I warn you, I'm not much for poetry...

Fire reigns
And ice despairs
Meliting slowly
Into air
Can't hold on
Yet can't let go
Drowning sorrows,
Former woes
People scream
Their terror clear
People scream
In terror and fear
We were forgotten
Without a care
For fire still reigns
And ice despairs.

YOU GUYS ARE SO GOOD o.O

So this is the one I've written I love the most. But I got told it was shit when I entered it into a competition.

I look back on when we began,

When in our future there was no plan,

And I share a secret inner smile,

When everything seems worthwhile,

Our love, our hopes, our dreams,

But now we take it to extremes,

On minute so loving the next full of hate,

Why is it so cruel, our only fate,

But back then we couldn’t forsee,

All that was and has to be,

I feel I could give up and die,

I sit under a clear blue sky,

And dream of the day I’ll go,

And no more will this feeling grow,

This feeling of hopelessness and despair,

And while I sit and prepare,

Prepare for my final breath,

I know in the eyes of death,

I’m simply one more to leave,

And non shall even grieve,

For in life I’m certainly nothing,

And in death I still won’t be something,

So here I stand and silently move on,

On him I shall look upon,

And I wish him a full and happy life,

With a happy family and perfect wife,

And I’ll simply watch and smile,

As he has everything in life that’s worthwhile,

The end now slowly comes,

A soft beat plays through drums,

I whisper so softly goodbye,

With one last sigh,

I know the end is here,

One last image does appear,

Of him next to me simply looking on,

He smiles as pure as a white swan,

As I take that final breath,

I look in his eyes in my death,

And I see non of the life before,

That final plea he chooses to ignore,

My eyes slip closed for one last time,

The stairs down to hell I now climb,

Image after image goes by,

And there’s simply no way to deny,

This was always to be my fate,

That realization has come too late,

As I climb lower still,

Down this never ending hill,

The images simply refuse to stop,

I wish I could run to the top,

But there’s no way to go back,

Suddenly the walls turn to black,

I feel an inner fight,

And suddenly there’s light,

Slowly my eyes open wide,

I see him to one side,

I lay in confusion,

It must be an illusion,

For I know I died,

I was washed away in the tide.

Whoever told you it was shit is wrong. Very wrong.

They're insane. And have no taste.

Thank you very much. I very very almost gave up after that. It was only a few weeks ago so I'm trying to get back into the swing of it but it's a bit hard. Hence this failed one thats the one I've just written.

Red eyes vanishes my soul

My will, my freedom

Mouth open to a silent scream

a scream I can not voice

with all the strength in the world

Save me.. Save me...

A lash at my back; upon my almost healed sores

Behold my daily torture, it is a curse.

As selfish as it is, somebody take it for me

My arm jerks painfully as he kneels on it,

putting all his weight on it

His soft, ice cold lips touches my ear

I shiver from the touch.

Save me.. Save me..

"Mine." He whispers, as his knife trails my body

"Your body, mine. I shall make my final mark."

My mouth once opens into a scream

as he carves something upon my skin;

between my naked hips.

My gaze never leave the ceiling.

I look at him with fear, as he stands up.

"I'll be back, for the end." He smirks

I wimper painfully.

Save me.. Save me..

I look at my permanent mark he carved.

A single eye. An eye that looked like his.

Red where it should be with my blood.

An eye that told me of my unbearable future.

Save me if you pity me... Save me.
