History

Family: Her family wasn't very significant. As a muggle-born, there were some that were excited to find out she was special, and then there were others that hated her because of it. It was the usual situation. Her twin brother, Cameron Chevalier, was a regular muggle though. He was jealous and he hated her for it. And so, he disclaimed her. He refuses to acknowledge her existence anymore, and her parents are tempted to send Genevieve to live permanently with a professor to keep her from her brother's anger.
Personal: Genevieve was born in Paris, France with her brother Cameron. She was born two minutes after him, but she got all of the special abilities. It was surprising and new but her parents accepted it. Her brother didn't seem to notice it much, especially when he thought he was making some of the stuff happen, since they were both together all the time. They never left each others sides... until that fateful day when Genevieve received her Beauxbatons letter that told her about her magical abilities. Her brother, seeing that it was just for her, turned into a hateful person and he never forgave her for being different. He hated her... more than anything and she hasn't been able to stay at her family's house during the summer for more than three days at a time or he'll start torturing her.
