Hide your face, so the world will never find you (INVITE ONLY)

Lena raised an eyebrow when she heard Jaelyn say she was jealous. Why would she be jealous of Sokol? She had every reason to be: she wasn't there dancing with her loved one. Except... well, he wasn't hers. Not anymore, and she was going to have to live with it. She shook her head at her... acquaintance's words. "I am not jealous," she replied firmly, staring at the situation between this older guy who looked a lot like Phillie, this other girl, and Lucifer and Ksenia.

She turned towards Jaelyn and replied, her voice almost shrill, "Yes, of course we're still Rhena. He just doesn't like gatherings, but I wanted to go, so I had to go alone." Merlin, her lying skills need to be polished, even though they were pretty decent already.

Abe watched as his own wife - his secret wife, he might add - let herself dance the night away with some douche that was barely half the man he was when he was in diapers. He narrowed his eyes, watching the couple begin to dance, and stormed out of the room without even looking back. It was not because he couldn't stand those events, it was because he felt betrayed, even though feeling was not something he did very well.

Lucifer kept his eyes glued onto Ksenia. He couldn't allow anyone to see his intentions. To everyone else he was just here to dance and thats how it had to be. "Has he left?" He whispered twirling her out so she could get a look before pulling her back in.

It was now or never if he had.

Ksenis steps were light as she danced with Lucifer, her long dress swishing against the ground. Her mind was very focused on her movements, her eyes didn't leave Lucifer as she followed his lead. He held her hand as she twirled, quickly scanning the room before he pulled her back to him. "Yes," she whispered back to him.

He nodded and whispered back into her ear. "Then it is time." He said leading her in a dance towards the edge of the dancefloor and out of the door in the back.

Now they were alone and away from the crowd, he relaxed slighty but he was still on edge. It was vital that he was always on edge. It kept him on his toes, ready to respond to something going wrong. "Now where would he go?" He asked.

"Upstairs. In his room I imagine," Ksenia answered. She felt like all of her emotions have switched off for the night. She took a few moments to gather her thoughts. "I will show the way," she said before starting up the stairs.

He nodded. "One second." He thought, closing his eyes and sending his senses to their path ahead. "Okay it's clear." He said following behind her. It was important not to be been, they needed to get back to the party before people noticed they were gone.
