After kissing her mother and father goodbye, Skye jumped onto the carriage. It felt good to be going back to her second home. She kinda missed the place, between her parties and family gatherings. Her parents loved to show her off to the world in the hope that one day a suitable suitor would find her and Beauxbatons was her time off.

She held her head high, held her golden dress up slightly and began to search the corridor for an empty compartment. Finally finding one at the end she slid in and took the seat beside the window.

Camille smiled as she got into the carriage. And so the time for school had finally come. Lucky for her, Beauxbatons wasn't just any school. It was more like. . . a home. It certainly felt more like home than her actual home. Not that there was anything wrong with her home, goodness no, of course not. But Beauxbatons was where she spent her whole year, it wasn't abnormal to feel more at home there than at her house.

She rolled her eyes, how she was sentimental today. Ugh. She looked around for a crowded compartment. She passed Quinn and waved at her, and grinned at Ninette when she passed by her compartment. She found a girl sitting alone, and while she didn't exactly like empty places going back to school, she decided to go in. Meet new people, you know.

She plopped down on a window seat, across from the blonde.

"Nice dress," she told her.

Skye looked up as another girl entered. The girl looked kinda familiar. Perhaps she'd seen the girl around somewhere, she didn't know but she did know she was around her age. "Thanks my father brought me it especially." She smiled pulling her dress out so it flowed around her feet.

"I'm Skye. It's nice to meet you."

Camille smirked, "Fancy. My parents stopped buying me clothes, our tastes are pretty different. Now I just usually grab some money and do it myself or with a friend."

"I'm Camille," she said, "Nice to meet you too. I've seen you around, I'm pretty sure. You're starting your. . . fourth year?"
