I see where you are coming from, no she is not, she loves her friends and others dearly, she isn't mean too someone unless they are too her. Quinn basically cares about her mom, friends, and boyfriend dearly.
On another note, Lena is amazing, she is funny as I've seen on the CB chat when she was on. She loves Rhys. Lena is an awesome person, ppl should love her.
