Staring at the texts in front of her, Lena wasn't actually read the words in front of her. She was merely staring at them so no one would stare at her. She wasn't in the library to study at all, really. She was there because she wanted to hide from her classmates what she was really doing. It was a relief that the library was quiet today.

When no one was looking, Lena opened her purse under the desk. She quietly unwrapped the toffee she had been saving for now and popped it quickly in her mouth, only making light movements.

Evangeline walked into the library, wearing her baggy jumper to hide the scratches and scars on her arms. She came to the library as she knew it was usually empty around this time, and she really couldn't be bothered dealing with the rumours and whispers that were going around about her. She knew no one would believe her if she told the real reason that she had vanished for ages, so kept herself to herself.

She weaved in between the tables in a way that she thought was effortless, but was proved wrong when she tripped over a chair of a girl she didn't recognize. "Sorry, sorry, sorry" Evie muttered turning her head away.

Lena jumped as she heard someone trip behind her just as she popped the candy in her mouth. Thankfully, they didn't yell or anything, so no one would catch her eating. The Uchitel observed her carefully, leaning her head closer. She blinked out of recognition; this was the girl the other girl was trying to kill on the train. Her mouth gaped, and closed again. Merlin did she look terrible. Lena vaguely wondered if she was alright.

"That's alright," Lena replied, her voice calm. She then held her hand out, waiting for the girl to take it so she can be helped to stand up. "Are you alright?" she asked, "and would you like a toffee?"

Evangeline looked at the girl for a moment, seeing the look of recognition the girl had on her face, and from the look of it it wasn't for a good reason. Evie couldn't place her anywhere, so guessed she must be one of the exchange students.

She grabbed the girls arm, but quickly drew away as the sleeve of the jumper fell, showing the scars she had been trying to hide. "I am fine." she hissed, then calmed for a moment. "No thank you."

Lena felt her mouth gape open a bit as she saw part of the girl's jumper fell, revealing an army of dark, long, painful scars. Because the Uchitel knew the Slytherin probably wouldn't like it if she went around screaming she had weird scars on her like how she wouldn't want people to know about the scars she had, so she snapped her jaw back shut.

"You sure you're alright?" she snapped, though it was mainly out of irritation, "I know that look on a face, and you're definitely not alright." She then passed her a toffee anyway. "Hey. What's your name, anyway? I'm Lena."
