Personality: Scorn is a very moopey kind of house elf, while he works in the hogwarts kitchen and is treated quite well he is still spoken down to by many students and even some staff, therefore this has made him kind of bitter and cold. He very rarely shows any emotion only to those who are continually kind towards him. Scorn is very mistrusting of most people and therefore likes to stay out of the way of everybody except for his fellow house elevs. He often conducts himself with no pride or grace as for he has been treated as though he is far more inferior to everybody else.

While Scorn is percieved to be quite unhappy and miserable, when he is with his fellow house elves he is quite happy and and socialble which is a strong contrast to how he acts when he is working in the kitchen. Most students avoid Scorn as for he constantly looks mad or grumpy, when in actual fact this is Scorn's defense mechanisms to as for he is quite anxious around wizards and witches becuase before he worked in Hogwarts he was a servant to a pure blood family which abused him, he therefore often tries to look intimadating and scarey to wizards in hopes they will avoid him and not hurt him

Overall history: Scorn in his younger life started off serving a pureblood wizard family called the Gnots this was the same family in which his parents had previously worked for before the oldest son in the family wanted to practice the killing curse and decided that he would use the family house elves seeming as though they already had born a another house elf to take their place. This family was very cruel towards Scorn often using hexes on him to punish him for not performing a task to their high standards. Because of this Scorn hated them and becam bitter and cold and just performed his duties without trying to speak or be friendly to this family, like most house elves he is increadly loyal to anybody he shows him kindness and respect. After 10 years being abused by this horrible family he helped one of the families great enemies to burn down the Gnots house while all the family were inside alseep. After this Professor Chaos felt sorry for Scorn and thought that he should work for the school, as for there were only two elfs at Hogwarts at the time. Scorn fitted into Hogwarts well enjoyed the company of other elves though because of his rough history he still had his bitter and cold attitude to most students, only being happy and joyful to fellow houseleves and those students who decided to show him kindness. Because of Professor Chaos's kindness towards Scorn he is very loyal to the school and would protect and defend it to the death.
