Cold Comfort

Zipping his winter jacket up a little higher, Julian hummed to himself as he walked through the snow. He needed a break from all the people around school, and the woods were the perfect place to do that.

Flicking his gaze up to the sun barely concealed by a cloud, he glanced down at his watch. He had tons of time before he had to get back to school. Flopping down on the snow, he laid down in the snow, closing his eyes for a moment. A little bit of relaxation in the middle of the woods in the winter. Anyone else would be absolutely crazy for doing this, but it was rather comforting for the prefect.

Lodie had skipped out into the woods, deciding to ditch her sister for a change, fancying a bit of time to herself. She sang ever so quietly under her breath, while making her way through the deep snow. She was freezing as her clothing of choice was a short sleeved top, a skirt and tights. She was sensible enough to wear boots though so not all was lost.

Not looking were she was going she found herself tripping up over something, and this certain something yelped immediately after. "Oww!" she added, as she landed face first into the snow.

Julian had been all nice and happy, lying there in the snow. It was weird how comfortable it felt out there, though he supposed it was better than lying in fire. And he'd been in the middle of these thoughts when he'd been practically ran over. Groaning at the sudden pain in his side, he rubbed it as he pulled himself to a sitting poisition.

Scowling, he glanced around him for his attacker, ready to take so many house points off that they'd never be able to show their face around the school ever again. Gaze falling on the summerly dressed girl, he shook his head, rolling her over so she could breath, kneeling over Mélodie.

Sighing softly, he smirked, "Trying to freeze to death Lodie?"
