Charmed to see ya

Charms. Reasonably alright class. It wasn't as difficult as Transfiguration was these days, but nowhere near the level of Flying's simplicity. Shrugging slightly, Savannah slid into one of the seats, her books neatly in a pile.

Pulling out her wand, she twirled it around her fingers as she waited for class to start.

Lenora walked into class to see only one student there. She sighed. "Okay since no one else is here, would you like to tell me what the color change charm does" Lenora asked as she took a seat at her desk and waited for the young girl to answer. "By the way, welcome back" she told her.

Charlotte slipped into the room quietly, glancing apologetically at Professor Malfoy.

"Sorry I'm late, Professor," she said, not offering an excuse. She scurried over to a desk near the front and sat down, tapping her foot on the floor.

"The colour change charm?" Savannah repeated, raising an eyebrow. Didn't the name give away what it did? Shaking her head slightly and ignoring Charlotte entering, she fixed her gaze up at the Professor.

"It changes colours."

Lenora nodded at her. "15 points to Gryffindor and 5 points taken from Slytherin for being late. Anyway, I want the two of you too pair up and work on this spell together. If you have any complications then I will help you" Lenora said to the girls. "Good luck" She nodded to them.

Charlotte shrugged at the loss of points, not really caring. At the professors next words, however, the bored look on her face was replaced by one of disbelief. She actually had to work with Savannah? I can do the bloody spell just fine by myself, she thought to herself angrily. Raising her hand, she put on a polite smile and spoke calmly.

"Professor, you haven't told us what we'll be practicing the charm on," she said, tilting her head to the side.
