curiosity just might kill

'The Situation,' Lila read to herself as she saw the bright lights flicking on and off. The place reeked. The smell of alcohol and cigarette smoke was abundant and she tried her best to hide her scowl from showing. She heard things about this place... things that she had become curious about. It wasn't in her nature to be curious about it but the things she had heard. A rare shiver run up her spine as she hand reached out to open the door. The smell was horrendous and she gagged slightly at the smell of it all.

For once, unsure what to do, Lila looked around with her lips turned into a thin line. She had seen plenty of naked bodies before but this was different. This time... she had seen the bodies because she had brought herself here. Russia has always been a strange place, she thought to herself as she stood there.

''Are you sure you've come to the right place dove?'' Valec said softly as he approached the dark haired girl. He had seen right away that she was far too good for being a dirty stripper in this club. She was too pretty, and that came from him. Her gaze were flickery, she seemed uncomfterable here. ''I can see that you don't fit in here.'' He shook his head in agreement. ''Far too pretty.''

''Valec Rostov, and who might you be little dove?''

Her hand quickly went to there back where he hid her medium sized sharp knife. Feeling the outline of it, she grasped the handle but to anyone around her, it seemed like she was only scratching her back. Her senses heighten as the man before her approached her closely. He seemed like he came here often and when he gave her his name, she nodded, letting the information stay in her head. Letting his compliments slide to the back of her head, she muttered a small nod.

"Kell," she said giving out a false name. "Mara Kell and perhaps I do belong here. What's it to you, anyway?"
