She may not be considered the MOST beautiful girl in school, but she thinks she will be! She can be extremely vain, and when complimented will take every word as the truth. She uses her charms to make people happy, often looking like a fool in the attempt. But she doesn't mind, so long as they know she isn't one. She's also an extreme drama queen.

Overall history: James met Juliette at a bar, they both drank too much that night and 9 months later Vexena was left on his doorstep. To avoid living in his shame, he claimed to have adopted her, and when she was old enough James told Vexena that her mother had "left him". So as she continued to grow Vexena thought her mother the "bad guy" and how she'd never turn out to be that cruel.
Vexena made many friends in her town, never leaving anyone out. She was soon made their "leader", and they had many adventures. When she got her letter, her father was furious at her mother, but encouraged Vexena to go for it. When none of her friends got letters, she was a bit sad but willing to give her witchiness its best shot! Now, she barely ever hangs out with her "friends" but doesn't mind, since she knows she'll make a lot of friends at school.
She has been tutored and lives in an expensive appartment with her father, where she is given much freedom becuase he doesn't know what to do with her, having never wanted a child. She is allowed to go anywhere and do anything, so long as she leaves a note.
