Personality: Destini is a very calm person, for being thrown into the past many times has the effect on her. Destini likes her gift, but gets annoyed with it at times.

Destini has been living in a happy home during her whole life. Her parents own a Candle Shop, where they make there own candles. Her Grandmother moved in with them when Destini was two, and helps her parents make candles.

When she was four, Destini was helping her mother makes some candles in the shop. She was playing with some Candle Shavings, when the Wax Shavings came together and made a miniature dog shaped candle. Her mother, thought that Destini had found it and didn't believe her when Destini claimed it formed itself.

The earliest memory Destini has of going into the past, was when she two. Her family had gone to the nearby historical site, where Destini had picked up an old Brass Pin. She was thrown into the 18th century, where she saw a man giving his newly wed daughter the pin. He explained that her mother recieved it when she got married, and her mother before that. Her vision was interuptted when her mother grabbed the pin out of her hands and scolded her daughter. As she grew older, Destini has always gone back to the pin occasionally and see other visions connected to the Brass Pin.

Destini had told only one person before of her gift, before she went to Beauxbatons. It was her best friend, Marianne, who didn't believe her. There friendship fell short after that, and Destini swore to not tell another person again.

When she got her letter, Destini was relieved to find the reason for her visions. She asked the professor if every witch and wizard had the same thing as her, but the professor had looked at her strangely. The professor claimed no, and to stop fooling around.

During the summers, Destini helps her parents with the candle shop and go around places, looking for old things to see their history.
