Overall history: 

Juliette's mother was born into the French muggle aristocracy. She was given the finest education available at the time as well as every luxury money could afford. The woman was a child prodigy and a genius. Yet with so much potential and her whole life ahead of her, after finishing college, Paloma Josse donated all the money she didn't need and became a journalist.

She later met Juliette's father, and almost immediately discovered that he was a wizard. The two fell in love and got married. Charles Josse was a young ambitious wizard with his sights set on becoming an auror so he could join in the war against evil. Eventually, his dream became a reality, and he finally had the job he had always wanted, along side the family he had never dared to dream of.

During her time at Beauxbatons, Juliette found herself popular, surrounded by many different kinds of people. During her later years, she developed a love of partying, and everything else seemed to lack importance. Even after she graduated, she continued her almost obsessive partying until she began to run out of money. Too proud to turn to her family for help, she began dating rich, young men to support her lavish lifestyle.
