Personality: Rafe can sometimes be overly sensitive, and tends to not realise when he's prying. He's been terrible at sports ever since he was a child and was often picked on for his once frail stature. It was times like those when he took refuge in the corner of school playgrounds with a sketchbook and a pencil.


Rafe, as a devout Catholic, picked up public speaking habits and techniques from frequent visitors from preachers at his parish. Public speaking comes naturally to him now. He taught children at the back of the church at a young age, and eventually came to enjoy teaching.

Overall history: Edmonda Lambre met Angelo Marietti when she was 16 on a trip to Rome, and fell madly in love with him. She spent her whole time in the city with him, and returned back to her home in Venice 4 weeks later with a broken heart. Soon, the young girl discovered she was pregnant.

Edmonda wrote to him, and there came no reply. She visited him, only to find his house empty. Abandoned by her parents and the father, Edmonda turned to the church for help. There she gave birth to Rafe, who grew up within the church, surrounded by his religion- with all it's beauty and it's flaws.

Rafe first began to develop magical abilities at the age of 11. Panicked, the young boy tried his best to conceal his gift, but was eventually found out by Edmonda. Accused of being a freak and against God's will by his own mother, she sent him into the slums of Venice and told the parishioners that he had been abducted, feigning grief and anxiety.

Rafe was eventually found by the magical community in Venice, and enrolled into a school there where he learned to accept his capabilities. It took 2 years for him to discover that his father had been a wizard,and now lived in London. After writing owls and extensive planning, the boy moves to England this year to meet his father face to face for the first time and to enrol into Hogwarts.
