Overall history:
Jovan was born in London, England. His father is a potions master at a foreign wiazarding school, and his mother is a healer at St. Mungo's. Both of his parents stayed at home when he was born, until he was 5 years old. He attending a very prestige all boys boarding school for youong witches and wizards, and his parents returned to work.
Jovan was never the best in his class, and he soon learned that he could be popular by being entertaining. He spent most of his time pulling pranks or telling jokes. He often got in trouble by his teachers, but was never hated by them. He played many of the sports the school offered, including quidditch.
When he was 11 he recieved letters of acceptance from many schools, including his fathers foreign school. His parents and he, decided that Hogwarts would be the best option for him. He began his schooling their that autumn, and soon became popular. His athletic ability and great wit earned him much attention. He joined the house quidditch team, and excelled at the sport.
