Faye ducked her head as she slipped into the shop. She felt foolish, out of place even.

But she just couldn't help...

When she had seen the sign from across the way, the idea had struck into her head. Permanent. That was the word that had drawn her towards the place.

Her life had seemed so... flighty, minscule, here now and gone the next. Now that she had some more faith in its longevity, she still couldn't find something solid to hold onto.

Something permanent.

She knew she was probably far too young, and looked out of place in such a shop, with her straight cut, school girl outfit, and wide innocent eyes, but she simply could not help it.

Faye wanted to remember. Although she did not wish her sickness back, she wanted...

Well she wanted something about it to stay.
