Meeting
Emily walked into the Cafe Soliel wearing a beige leather jacket over her tank top, a black short skirt, an a pair of knee high boots. She has always admired france due to its natural beauty, and it wasn't as cold as Britain or Russia. She walked to the counter to take her order "une moka frappacino s'il vous plaît" She can speak some french, but overall cannot make a full conversation with a french-speaking person. The waiter nodded and started making the mocha frapp that she liked, and placed the money needed on the counter, which the waiter took. The reason why she likes the Cafe Soliel, it was small, simple, and cozy. She walked to a vacant seat and sat on the chair, patiently waiting for the mocha frapp. The waiter, who was done making the frapp, walked over to her table and placed it on the table. "Merci" she said, and the waiter walked back to the counter, taking other peoples orders to their tables. She then started to sip her mocha frapp. It was one of her favorite beverages, and the Cafe Soleil makes the best ones.

Re: Meeting
The Prideux shivered, making his way through the cold streets. Maybe he should've just stayed in Azorat. It'd be less likely that he'd run into anyone he knew. Eyes closing, he let out a small huff, his breath billowing around him.
It'd at least been warmer in the magical city.
Slipping into the little cafe that he'd become rather accustomed to over the years, Nightmare in kitten form on his heels, his blue eyes scanned the occupants, falling on the one who's state of dress didn't match the February weather outside.
But the French boy wasn't about to complain.
Sitting across from her, his blue eyes scanned her as the kitten leaped up onto the table, looking from blond to blonde for a moment. "How are you not cold?" he asked curiously, tilting his head. "But I appreciate the view."

Re: Meeting
Emily was a little surprised when the little kitten leaped up the table. She giggled a little before noticing a man walking over to her table, and who was apparently the kitten's owner.
"Well, I've been to colder places. And, who are you?" she replied. And just to make it clear, she really did go to colder places, like Russia in the colder months, and compared to France, it's like the season of springtime in France.
The boy she was talking to had had long blonde hair reaching to his ears, but his blonde hair was lighter than hers, as her blonde hair has a few brown streaks in it.
(OOC: sorry if I left suddenly, I had to go somewhere else)

Re: Meeting
Nightmare looked up at the girl, the closest thing to a smile crossing her feline features before she leaped atop the girl's head. Julian let out an amused snort. "Sorry, she likes doing that." Shrugging his shoulders, he focused his gaze on her once more.
"I'd rather live somewhere warm. Brazil maybe? I don't know, but I'd never leave France." Even if everyone hated him, the country was still - and always would be - home. His fingers tapping against his cheek, a frown flitted across his face, but it was gone in a blink of an eye.
"Ah, my identity. Depends, do you deserve to know?" he raised an eyebrow, a smirk tugging on his lips.

Re: Meeting
Emily let out a cross between a small girlish scream and laughter, and she did not expect that from the tiny kitten.. "No, no. It's fine as long as he doesn't dig his claws onto my scalp." she said while looking calm, despite the kitten on top of her head
"Well, like you said, it depends. I'm Emily." she replied, and she liftedng her hand, waiting for him to shake it.

Re: Meeting
"She," Julian corrected quickly, noticing the quick flash in the Familiar's eyes. Raising an eyebrow at Nightmare as if he was daring her to do anything, amber eyes gazed back at him, mere amusement shining in them.
"Emily, pretty name for a pretty girl." His eyes ran up and down her before he returned his gaze up to her eyes. "It works."

Re: Meeting
"Hmm, Thanks." she said. She was still wary of the boy, but nevertheless, she still liked talking to people. "Now tell me your name, I already told you mine." She said while smiling.
She got the little kitten from her head, grateful that she didn't use her head as a scratching post, and gave her back to the boy she was talking to. "So what's this little girl's name then?" she asked, while still eyeing the boy. He seemed to run his eyes up and down before Emily, and stopped to gaze at her eyes "Umm, is there something wrong?"

Re: Meeting
"Always welcome," he smiled, tapping his fingers against the table restlessly. "Well," he elongated, tilting his head at her. He sighed slowly, leaning back in his chair. "Fine. I'm Julian." He bowed his head slightly, and when he raised it again, his grin was back.
Taking Nightmare, he cradled Karma's Familiar, running his hand across her back affectionately. In the last few months he'd had her, she'd really grown on him. "Oh, she's not all that little. I think there's something rather magical about Nightmare here." He inclined his head towards the dark furred kitten in his arms.
"Nothing's wrong." He shook his head, flashing her a wide grin. "Quite the opposite, really. How can anything be bad if I'm with someone as pretty as you?"

Re: Meeting
"Julian.... Nice name." she said. She trusts him more now, but is still wary of him.
"Nightmare? Why would you call her that? she doesn't look like a nightmare to me." Well, naming a little harmless kitten 'Nightmare' is kind of calling a bald man 'Curly'.
Did he really hitting on her? The compliments, she gets, but this time, it's kind of obvious that he's hitting on her. Her lips formed a smirk when he said that compliment. She absentmindedly crossed her legs, and sipping her cup as he talks, only stopping when it's her turn to talk "Are you hitting on me?" she said with hint of mischievousness in her voice. She really doesn't know what to do in this situation, but she decides to wing it, to see what will happen.

Re: Meeting
"Thank you," he grinned, bopping his head slightly. "But really, you should thank my parents for that." His expression hardly changed, his voice still the same pleasant tone, but the slightest change of his demeanour was apparent to anyone who knew him well.
"Oh, she's not mine," Julian gave his head a small shake, smiling down at the kitten who'd fallen asleep in his arms. "She's a friend's. So, its her you'd have to ask." He was perfectly aware as to why Nightmare had been given her name. But in Muggle France, where the chances of finding other magical folk was low, he wasn't about to say it.
"Possibly," he sang, winking at her. "Why?" he asked smugly, returning back to simply talking. "Is it working?"

Re: Meeting
There was a slight change in Julian, but she didn't know what changed, but she decided to ignore it, thinking that it was just an illusion of sound, if that makes sense.
"Maybe, maybe not. We'll just have to see then." She sang. He really is hitting on her then, but she'll have to see if he's 'worthy' or not, just to be safe. She wouldn't want to be heartbroken because of him, and it would be disastrous if he did.

Re: Meeting
"Alright," he nodded slowly, placing Nightmare on his lap before leaning towards the blonde, his trademark smirk gracing his features. Reaching towards her, he brushed his fingertips across her jawline, his smirk slowly turning into a grin before he pulled away.
"So, how long do you think that's going to take?"

Re: Meeting
Emily raised her eyebrow while smirking. He really didn't know her yet. "Hmmm, knowing me, it would take a while. Probably more." she said, not caring that his hand is brushing her jawline. So, he really going for her, then he should see that Emily is a very complicated work of art. But, nevertheless, she still wanted to see where this was going, so the young Ravenclaw will play his 'game' for a little longer.

Re: Meeting
He leaned back in his chair, watching her for a moment before answering, "Why should I spend my time waiting?" He raised an eyebrow at her before glancing pointedly around. Catching the eye of an attractive brunette, Julian winked at her and she flushed scarlet, looking away.
The prefect returned his gaze to the English girl, amusement glittering in blue eyes. "There are girls I could get with a snap of my fingers. So what makes you so great that I should wait for you?"

Re: Meeting
Rosetta had a smirk on her face as she strolled along Muggle France. She had came to visit a dear friend of hers, well a newly met but dear friend, one of the first friends she had since her accident. "Harmonie où êtes-vous?" she grumbled under her breath.
They were supposed to meet at Cafe Soleil where she was now heading now when she spotted a familiar face among the tables of the Cafe. "Well well well if it isn't Julian Rousseau" she called out to the boy, a mischievous grin settled on the redhead's face. "Along with an english girl, I see?" she added, flashing a bright grin to the girl.
"You may not know me but.." the redhead said, tilting her head curiously at the boy. "Do you know my friend Harmonie de Venin?"

Re: Meeting
Harmonie half ran into the cafe, heels clicking loudly against the cobbled pavement, as she hurried to meet Rosetta. She was uncharacteristically late. It wasn't exactly her fault that she had to owl instructions to Lodie on how to work a muggle toaster, was it?
Shaking out her hair and raking it away from her face in one quick, fluid movement, the girl entered the cafe with a rehearsed elegance.
Only to see Rosetta and Juli. Harm narrowed her eyes accusingly at her fellow Prideux. Not Rosetta. She was one of the very few entertaining people around, these days. Merlin, she knew that she shouldn't have let LaCross wander around without a protector from that bloody-
Oh. There was another one.
Blonde, pretty, lovely little skirt. Harmonie smirked, her irritation dissolving immediately- but more replaced with amusement. She could have a little fun with this.
Staying around the front of the shop silently, the girl tilted her head, interested in the boy's reply.

Re: Meeting
Her smirk immediately disappeared when he winked at a brunette. So that's what he is, a guy who plays with the hearts of girls huh? Her guess was right, he isn't worthy "So you're THAT kind of guy. Maybe I was mistaken." She was about to stand up when a Russian looking girl asked her a question, and she also seemed to know Julian
"No, sorry" she said and then she stood up and started to walk to the front door.

Re: Meeting
He blinked up at the sound of his name, swivelling his head around to face the redhead, his face instantly scrunching up in confusion. Did he know her? She didn't look familiar, and from the accent, he doubted she even went to Beauxbatons. Still, she seemed worthy enough of his time. "Guilty as charged." Julian turned back to Emily, flashing a grin at her. "On both counts."
Harmonie? She'd set this up, hadn't she? The prefect shook his head, entirely too amused. "Of course I have. One of my best friends, that girl is. Why?" he asked, tilting his head, suddenly alarmed. "Is she alright?"
He turned back to the blonde, frowning. "And what's wrong with that? You can't knock it until you try it." Raising an eyebrow at her as she made to leave, he turned in his seat, following her with his gaze, only then noticing Harmonie. He pulled a face, his head tilted towards Emily. "You gotta live a little, blondie."

Re: Meeting
Blondie. Oh, how she hated that word. She has always hated dumb blonde stereotypes. She walked back to Julien, and pointed her wand at his head. "Don't. Ever. call me blondie." she said threateningly, her facial expression emotionless. She tapped in on his head a few times before storing it in her pocket hidden in her jacket, with her smirk appearing on her face, and started to walk to the door again.

Re: Meeting
Rosetta pouted and turned around, grabbing the girl's hand. "I'm greatly sorry for this airhead's rudeness" she said, smiling apologetically at her. She led her back to her seat, across Rousseau and smiled, waving Harmonie over.
"Course she's alright Julie, she's right here ya know" the redhead said, smiling bright. She clasped her hands together and turned her head to the English girl, "Heya the name's Rosetta!" she said, smiling brightly at the girl before turning to Rousseau, an indifferent expression on her face "What were you planning on doing with her, hrm?"

Re: Meeting
Harmonie observed the three teens in front of her with a mild sort of interest, dark eyes shining with mirth. It was like a bad drama. A little laugh escaped her lips as the stranger pulled out her wand-
Oh, that was precious. Someone should have recorded that.
The Prideux's expression mainly placid as the stranger moved towards the door, she looped her arm in hers and pulled her back towards the small crowd of people.
"English?" she asked, giving her a split second to reply. "English." she presumed. "Juli's really a charming boy, honestly." Harm released her grip on the girl as she reached the table again, flashing a quick grin at her two friends.
"You really ought to give him more of a chance." She did a little half shrug, and pulled up a chair.
"Just don't pull the wand, okay?" She turned on the blonde girl, a dark mischief glowing in her eyes. "You're outnumbered, now." Harmonie teased- only half serious. Which she considered generous.
It was not okay to raise a wand to her friends.

Re: Meeting
A slow smirk spread across his face as he managed to turn her around. But that slowly disappeared as she pulled out her wand. His eyes widening, he glanced around the cafe. Already, gazes were turning towards them, whispers being exchanged.
And they were far from the good kind.
"Will you put that away?" He scowled, crossing his arms. "And I don't know how well those eyes of yours work, but I'm just as blond as you are."
Shaking his head, muttering under his breath about blonds getting a wrap for being stupid because of girls like her, he glanced back up at the redhead.
"I wasn't planning anything, thank you very much. Especially seeing as she's trying to get us all killed." His blue eyes darkening, he frowned at the blond, glancing over at Harmonie.
Nodding along to her words, he grinned. "Exactly. At least someone here understands how great I am."

Re: Meeting
"Hey!" she yelped. The girl would've been more courteous, but I guess she decided to pull her forcefully so it would be more fun. Note the sarcasm.
"Fine. I'll give him a chance." she said reluctantly. She really didn't want to give him a chance, but since she's a not-really-forgiving-person-but-still-forgiving, she did, and she hoped that she was correct. "And I will be getting you killed if you call me that kind of thing again.
"I'm Emily. At least some people here have logic." she said while shaking Rosetta's hand. She looked nice, and she could hardly believe that this girl is a friend of that airhead, Julian.
"Yeah, I would want to know what you would do with me if I had fallen in love with you. Of course, that would take some time for it to actually happen." she smirked.

Re: Meeting
Rosetta took the time to look into Julian's eyes and frowned, noticing them darkening slightly. She shook hands with Emily, smiling small at the girl before tugging on her hand, bringing her close enough so her mouth would be near her ear "Don't try and kill anyone" she whispered loud enough so that the other two near her would hear. It was clear in her voice- the miserable sadness.
She coughed and pulled away breaking back into her mask- a bright cheerful grin. "Well that's good Julie" she said with a nod before moving over to nudge Harminini as she had deemed her. "He's great?" she asked with a pout, pointing a small finger at the blonde boy.
Rosetta tilted her head at Emily before looking back at Julian, her eyes turning from her dark stormy gray to a mesmerizing lavender for a moment before going away. "He's scared to love" she had turned to Harmonie and tilted her head "Am I right?"
