Overall history: Chardonnay was born to an unwed mother in the streets of France, a poor woman who had fallen in love with an American business man. Alone, she decided to give up her child to a rich, successful family. Though she tried her best, the girl could never be as advanced as her new parents wanted her to be. She lived a normal life for her first 11 years until her acceptance letter to school arrived. Her family was confused and baffled- magic simply didn't make sense- but they allowed Chardonnay, an innocent girl, to go anyway.

Soon corrupted by the knowledge of other students, Char soon found out she had little talent in magic. Barely passing most of her classes, Chardonnay found school only useful for finding people to chat with.

Now that she lives alone, living with her boyfriends and girlfriends, the girl finds life a bit harder than expected...
