Personality: Ines, although suffering from a sever case of OCD, strives to enjoy life. She is always the first to tease, and revels in the company of other people. However, her OCD comes in waves of extremity- and when she finds it is particularly strong, she distances herself from people.

Ines goes through periods of self hatred when her OCD kicks in. She hates her disorder and finds herself unable to control it. During these periods, she tends to lose friends. This happened once, when she was aged 5. Her closest- and only- friend, Patrick von Helgen, refused to talk to her when her period of OCD lasted 5 weeks.

Overall history:

Ines grew up in Berlin as an only child with her mother and father, Verika and William. Verkia, a German witch, met William on a trip to Russia while she was visiting Durmstrang- although she was home schooled. Having felt strong connections to the Institute ever since, she has now insisted that Ines move from being home schooled to being educated there, instead.

Ines began to show symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder from an extremely young age. She organised her crayons into coloured order, counted her footsteps in the playground and arranged her classmates into height order whenever possible. She was often sent home from school when her classmates refused to comply and she threw a tantrum.

Ines realises now that when her strong waves of OCD hit, she must distance herself from other people until it passes. Having been home schooled from the age of 6, she has not struggled with carrying out this necessity before. However, at a boarding school, Ines may not have this luxury anymore and fears having to face her disorder.
