That her family was dead, didn't matter to Emelie. She swayed to the music, not caring about the looks she got. Being stared at didn't matter.
Catching the eye of a guy, Emelie winked playfully. He grinned in response, but she ran further into the crowd so that he wouldn't find her again. The Prideux resumed dancing. It was the one thing she was good at, and for once she wanted it to show.
