Personality:
Hunter acts more like her name than what she looks like. She’s more of a fighter than anything else, and has devoted her life to perfecting each skill she had begun. Although, she was just a teenager – she liked to have some fun, like playing the guitar. Playing the guitar was a secret guilty pleasure of hers, and singing along to some of the songs she played calmed her down immensely. She may have a tough exterior – wait, let me rephrase that: she may have a very, very, very tough exterior, but inside she’s just a little girl with trust issues who’s trying to find her way home.
Her father was a monster – a monster that broke her family, and she knew it was up to her to fix it. She knew it ever since the day she was beaten by him – for the first time. Ever since that night, she knew that she had to protect her little brother at any costs, even if she had to act emotionless, even if she had to wear a mask every day. Even if she had to build strong walls to protect her family. She was fiercely loyal; and even though it was hard to get her friendship, if you made a miracle and befriended her, she would stay faithful to you and your safety, as well as have fun with you.

Overall history:
Hunter was the girl who was forced to mature much, much, much quicker than she should’ve matured. The reason for this was because her mother was abused by her father many times. When she saw it the first time (age four), she didn’t think it was that bad. But when she was six years old, she knew it was a very wrong thing to do, and being the kid she was, she started secretly training herself so she could be strong enough for her family one day. By age nine, she was a mastery at archery and sword-fighting, decent at dueling and hand-to-hand combat, and a beginner at guitar.
By age ten, she was not only an ace at school, but she also earned a scholarship member going into high school. She had grown defiant at home and never hesitated to take precautions to protect her brother. She knew that by her young age, she was still too young to be able to protect her mother outright. And when she got her Hogwarts letter, everything changed.
She was so excited to go to Hogwarts, but she knew that she wouldn’t be able to, in her heart. She had to protect her family in every way possible and if abandoning schoolwork was the only option, she would take it. But her best friend neighbor never let her do that, because it just so happens that they had a son who was around Gabriel’s age, and he was his best friend. So they created the idea for the neighbor’s son to come over to their house every day, so her father won’t be able to do anything harmful. And with that deal done, she went off to Hogwarts.
After her return from Hogwarts, at age 12, she had witnessed something she could not even begin to describe. The horror... terror... bloodshed... it pained her and brought tears to her eyes just thinking about it. She remembered it to be a day where her father was drunk – heavily drunk. He was wailing about, stomping on anything and everything. It was the day her mother almost died. They day where her father – a monster – raised a knife, aiming at her mother’s heart, when Hunter jumped in her place and the knife collided with her left kidney. She withered in pain, as her father took advantage of the situation and beat her nearly to death. This was when her neighbor had had enough and called the police, despite the fact that she had begged her neighbor not to.
Not much after her father was taken to prison, had her amazing neighbors left the country for good, without so much as a clue why they would do such a thing. She suspected it was because they were only there for her – but that seemed selfish. She never even learned their last names. But even after that, her heart had dried up and turned to stone, and she knew that they only person that can crack her exterior and bring her heart back to life would have to be a very special person.
