She is a very outgoing person and loves to interact with others when she can. Scarlett is very much a sort of spoiled, girly girl, but sometimes has a very tomboyish side. She loves clothes and shoes and anything that makes her feel pretty.

She loves adventures and doing things that most people might not. Despite her girly-ness, Scarlett occasionally loves to get her hands dirty. She is hardly ever self conscious, and will normally do things that will make other people consider her as 'weird'.

Overall history: Scarlett was born January 26th, and was adopted by Richard and Mary Moore. She is an only child and had a fun, peaceful childhood and almost always found the time to spend with her parents. When she was ten years old she and her parents were victims to the destruction of their home in which Scarlett recieved a permanent scar that runs down her back. Even though her parents could heal her, she wanted to keep it as a reminder that she survived.

When she was a small child, she had a near death experience while swimming in an ocean when her family went on vacation, and since then hasn't gone near a large, open body of water. She used to not be able to even look at a lake, or even a bath for that matter, but after a while she began to tolerate the sight of water, and just kept her distance.

Scarlett was a somewhat spoiled child and almost always got what she wanted. Probably due to the fact that she is an only child and was adopted. But as she got older, she asked for less and decided to learn to earn her money and buy her own things.

The day she recieved her Hogwarts letter, Scarlett was excited and eager to learn about magic.
