The clack of Lucy's heels on the pavement was turning the young girl's head into a jukebox. A hundred songs were up there, threatening to burst out of her lips at any given moment. She tried to restrain herself, she really did. But sooner or later, it was bound to happen, and once her mouth opened, the song started.
"She's the girl that no-one ever knows," she started, arms behind her back as she started skipping happily. "I say 'hi', but she's too shy to say 'hello'..."
Her voice, naturally angelic and sweet, was somewhat quiet. Sure enough, once she got into the song, she'd get louder and more confident. She was always this way.
Lucy's blonde curls bounced up and down on her shoulders as she came to a halt and stood up against the side of a building, still singing away as if no-one was listening. Her first day in the U.K and she was already showing off to the people? Well, it wasn't anything new.
