What started out as a simple daddy's girl syndrome soon turned into the monster that is Pepper Skydancer's determination. Once she wants something, she will do anything to get it, such as her mother before her. She's nothing short of daring, and literally ran before she could walk.

Out of the two of them, her brother is the sensible twin, and upon realizing this she did nothing to denounce it. In fact, she decided that if she couldn't be the sensible twin, she might as well be the troublemaker, the daring one, or their life would be boring.

Born to Etta and Bail Skydancer exactly a minute and a half after her brother, Pepper Skydancer seemed to decide that it was her duty to come out in front of her brother in all else. She learned how to walk first, and advanced to running before her brother had taken one step. Instead, while he steadied himself and continued to learn how best to do it, she climbed and fell and continued to laugh, and this would be the way she lived.

The goblins looked more friendly than 'tall people', but they weren't so bad, not really. Trust only went to her brother, for all her talk of besting him, she really didn't think it so. They were one and the same, the best of the best together, and soon they would inherit the kingdom together. She was incomplete without him, even if she didn't realize it yet.

As far as favoritism went, she was easily her daddy's little girl. Her mother held no favorites, but her father was easily swayed with a slight pout and wide eyes. Her mother was more than immune to these tricks, having been the one to invent most of them. Her cousin Ninette doesn't seem to have favorites either, even though Mama says that Pepper reminds her of a young Ninny.
