Looking around the clearing, observing, debating whether or not she should do what she wanted to do. As her gold coloured eyes looked around the trees and the rest of the forest, Scarlett came to the conclusion that since there was next to no one there, she could what she planned.
Smiling to herself, she quickly pulled off her new shoes, rolled her black capris up higher so that she had the ability to move better, and took off across the clearing.
Laughing as she ran, smiling at the feeling of the dirt beneath her feet, she looked ahead of her at a tree, a big, extremely tall tree.
Stopping abruptly, she looked up, cracking her neck slightly as she did so, and wondered if she could do it. Scarlett nodded to herself, and then hooked her hands around the trunk of the tree, and pulled herself up, higher and higher.
She had climbed trees before, so this wasn't new to her, but this tree was certainly larger in width than most trees she had climbed previously.
As she climbed, she laughed, ignoring the little scratches she was getting from the little branches that stuck out like tiny little knives.
Also, as the young, soon to be third year Ravenclaw climbed, she was very unaware that there was in fact one person around to watch as she attempted to climb the large tree.
If she had known, she might not have ran across the dirt clearing, and climbed in the first place. Yet, she didn't know that there was another person standing there, so she continued on with her 'quest' so to speak of climbing the tree.
