Shaun entered the class, and sighed. Last class has been disappointing. So low attendance! He checked the ingredients and waited for the students.

Re: L3-3rd years- Draught of Peace
Karma smiled a dazzling smile as she walked into the Potions classroom. She was first! Lovely!
"Here's that essay you wanted, Professor." She said, placing it on his desk, and moving back to the middle of the class and sliding into her usual seat.

Ondrea managed to find the Potions classroom. Granted, she had tracked down all her classes the night before in the hope to avoid getting lost.
Upon entering, she wasn't sure if she should be glad she was the second student to arrive, or not. The professor looked stern. Oh, dear, the professor looked stern. Ondrea's palms started sweating - she had to talk to the stern professor!
Meekly moving towards the man's desk, she paused about a meter away. "S-sorry I m-m-missed pre-previous lessons, sir," she stammered out, gazed fixed somewhere around the man's elbow. "I just t-tra-transferred." The girl grimaced, hating her habit of stammering when she was nervous - which was about all the time.
Turning, she looked up to find a seat, eyes momentarily resting on the other girl. She's pretty... Ondrea immediately diverted her gaze and ducked her head, sitting on the opposite side of the room.

Arsen entered the dungeons not entirely happy to be unground yet again, he just hoped no one got on his nerves today because he would snap and there would be no stopping him. He gave the professor a quick nod before moving over to sit in the corner like usual. He closed his eyes and rested his head in his hands he just couldn't wait for this lesson to end so he could go get some fresh air out in the open.

Cole walked into the class. "Hello Proffesor" he said taking a seat near Karma. And saw that other girl from his Herbology class. He gave her a nod and got out his materials getting ready for class.

Shaun nodded at Karma, "Thank you Ms. Black and welcome to Hogwarts Ms. Montgomery. Now, it's time to start the class. Anyone late will lose two points from their house and its five for those who signed up for this class and saw fit to educate themselves. Today we'll be doing Draught of Peace. You know the deal, name an ingredient, you win five points, state it's use, and you win ten. Now start."

When none of her classmates moved to answer, Ondrea hesitantly raised her hand.
"P-powdered m-moonstone, professor," she answered. "It h-helps a person g-g-gain emo-motional b-balance."
Grimacing, she decided that, perhaps, she shouldn't answer in class, after all. Even if her nervous stammering could be comprehended, it was mortifying. Not to mention it undoubtedly drew attention to herself. Shrinking in her seat, she decided she'd focus on doing well, instead.

Shaun sighed when no one else ventured to answer.
'Thank you Ms. Montgomery. You'll make a good potions master if you finger doesn't waver as much as your tongue. Ten points to Ravenclaw.'
'Now, I hope you'll be a bit more active when it comes to the actual brewing. Before that- Oblige me by taking notes- the other ingredients are. Powdered Unicorn Horn, which heals mental instability, inflamation in nerves. Valerian root increases the potency. Powdered porcupine quill ensures stability, though a bit more potent yet critical alternative will be powdered griffin claw, which is used only by masters.
And the last ingredient is Syrup of hellebore which binds these highly magical elements together, thus creating the supporting system of the constitution. The alternative to that is Salamander Blood.
Any questions? No? Ok, here's your Instruction.'
Shun waved his hand and writing appeared on the board.
1. Feel three quarters of your cauldron with water. Bring it to boil.
2. Chop the Valerian root into 2cm cubes. Add 5 gram of the root into your cauldron and stir 6 times anti clockwise.
3. Bring the liquid to simmer, add three measures of moonstone and stir 3 times in figure 8 motion.
4 Add a pinch of powdered unicorn horn and five measure of powdered porcupine quill within three minutes. Let it brew for 15 minutes.
5. Take the cauldron off the fire, add seven drops of syrup of heellebore, stir 5 times clockwise.
'If brewed perfectly it should be a pearly white color. Begin.'

Re: L3-3rd years- Draught of Peace
Ondrea took tidy notes as the professor spoke, glad that she had managed to earn points despite the reference to her stammering. She didn't use to stammer, when she was young...
Bringing her mind back to the present, she finished her notes and set them aside. She arranged the ingredients on the desk in front of her, the action as much for organization as to set her frame of mind. The classroom faded so that while she was still acutely aware of that around her, everything else had become a secondary concern.
Filling her cauldron three-quarters of the way, she set the heat and deftly chopped the Valerian root into neat little cubes as she waited for it to boil. Using her scale, she weighed out 5 grams, adding it carefully to the boiling liquid before giving the brew six even stirs widdershins. Placing porcupine quills in her mortar, she ground them with her pestle.
Ondrea looked up sharply at a sound somewhere else in the room, then turned back to her task. The potion was simmering, so she added three measures of powdered moonstone and gave it three figure-eight stirs. Timing the motions, she threw in the pinch of powdered unicorn horn and five measures of powdered porcupine quill.
Checking the time, she sat back on her stool, shooting a quick wary glance around the classroom, now that she wasn't focused on what she was doing. Turning back to stare at her cauldron, she waited for fifteen minutes to pass.

Re: L3-3rd years- Draught of Peace
He sighed, potions wasn't exactly his strongest subject and it included water. The thing he hated more than Professor Smith and he hated him a lot. He set up all his potion equipment and got ready to follow the instructions given. Fill three quarters of your cauldron with water and bring it to boil, check. He pulled out some valerian root next and began to cut it into estimated 2cm cubes, he wasn't patient enough to measure them all and get them exactly right. Once he had cut them he added 5 grams of the stuff into the potions and stirred as instructed.
He followed the instructions exactly as they were put on the board and finally sat back down as the potions was complete, it wasn't exactly a pearly white colour but it was close enough for him.

Draught of Peace
Shaun straightened up, 'Those who are finished with the potion, submit your work with a lebel and you're free to go. Those who haven't, get a move on. It isn't that difficult to spend whole day on it.'
He couldn't wait for a nice warm Earl Grey.

Arsen smiled and ladled some of his potion into a glass vial and headed up to the front desk, adding his name to it. Once he had put the vial on the desk he cleaned away his stuff and headed for the door, please about the early exit because he had things to be doing.

Ondrea filled a vial with the pearly white fluid she had finished brewing, carefully quilling her name onto the label with her House, class, and the name of the potion.
Waiting for the red-eyed boy - red eyes?!?? - to pass, she took her own assignment up to the desk, then quickly returned to her seat to clean up so she could leave.
