    J. J. took a long moment to take in all the steps.

After a long moment she nodded and went about her work.

Carefully and slowly she went through each step with meticulous care. She had finally got a class where she hadn't almost blown up the room, she sure wasn't going to lose that small amount of ground she cared.

She dropped in the wiggentree bark, and then let it simmer looking at the clock, marking the time to every second.

As soon as the time was up, she began to stir.

    One.

    Two.

    Three.

    Four.

    Potions, Potions, Potions.

Aquila gazed over the list for a quick second before going about to collect his materials. He began to hum softly under his breath, but then remember that this Professor was not a fan of personal music quickly stopped.

He was fine as he chopped up the materail, but as soon as he was forced to stew the mandrake for twenty minutes, his brain drifted off and he begain to get fidgety.

He began to look around, watching the others around the room, attempting to reign in his impacient and wait for his potion to be ready for the next step.

Damian set the mandrake to stewing first so that he could utilize the twenty minutes preparing the other ingredients instead of waiting around doing nothing. Once the time had passed, he added in the shredded dittany and began the twenty five counter clockwise stirs, using his opposite hand to add in the asphodel root every five.

He glanced up a few times, shooting a grin at Aquila, who looked bored while he waited for his mandrake to stew.

Focusing primarily on his work, Damian completed his potion within the usual time frame.

Flora read the instructions carefully and started. She let the mandrake stew and Chooped the asphodel and wiggentree bark. She shredded the dittany and added it to the cauldron after twenty minutes.
She worked carefully and methodically. stirring with her right hand and adding the asphodel with her left.
She added the bark and waited for it to simmer. looking around for the first time.

Miles read through the instruction carefully, then read through them again, he chopped the asphodel into cylinders, Miles pulled out his ruler to measure to make sure they were exactly even, he did the same with the cubes of Wiggen Tree bark. Even though he measured it three times he wanted to be sure, he raised his hand to get Professor Moody's " Professor, could you have a look at my asphodel and Wiggen tree bark, to make sure their even?"

"Sure Mr. Bloxam." Shaun stood before his worktable and sorted through his ingredients. "Bit of a perfectionist, aren't you?" he murmured approvingly. He removed only a few pieces.
    "Well done."
Shaun glanced at his wristwatch, "Hurry up. We're running out of time. Five points to Mr. Gray and Ms. Evans for chosing the right work sequence. Let the mandrake stew earlier and prepare the rest of the ingredients. You'll be done sooner."

Miles was pleased he got Professor Moody's approval. Miles was annoyed that Professor Moody didn't allocate any points to him, he should have known to stew the mandrakes first, after all his mother was one of the most noticable potioneers of the wizarding world. He quickly placed the mandrake into the caldron to stew then continued reading through the rest of the instrcutions, eager to earn points from Professor Moody

Damian raised his hand. "Professor, do you want us to bottle of sample of our potions and turn it in, or do you want to check our work first?" he asked. The boy was confident he had brewed the potion correctly. He'd brewed potions with his elder sister for fun growing up - it was something at which he excelled.

Miles shreded the Dittanny, once the mandrake was throughly stewed it added it in, then continued to stir, remembering to add the asphodel root every five stirs, Miles glanced over and realised he need to chop up some more wiggentree bark, but he couldn't stop stirring his potion.

He looked over at a Hufflepuff boy who appeared to be finish, Miles leaned over to speak to him " Hey excuse, sorry i don't know your name but would you be able to stir my potion for just a few mintues, while i quickly chop up some more wiggentree bark?" Miles hoped desperatley he would agree to do this massive favor more him

"If you have a question or you're not sure about your potion, raise your hand and I'll come check your potion. Otherwise you may take a sample and submit it on my desk with your name and label."
Shaun looked back at Damian when Miles asked him for help. "Would you like to help? If you don't, you don't have to."
I can help him myself, Shaun thought. Besides it will teach him a lesson on multitasking.

    J. J. put the last ingredent in her potion, and nodded.

Once she was sure it was as good as it ever was going to get - which was probably medicore at best - she bottled up a sample, put on the Professors desk and left.

The Hufflepuff boy didn't seem to respond to him, Miles looked back at his potion, what am i going to do, Miles thought to himself. Then he had a great idea, he could just use his wand, he hoped Professor Moody wouldn't mind, but he had no choice. So miles pulled out his wand and pointed it towards the wiggentree bark, "Diffindo" his whispered softly. The wiggen tree bark cut itself into perfect cubes.

Miles leaned over and picked up all the wiggentree bark. Miles let the potion simmer for a few mintues then, stired it four times in the figure of eight, then finally adding the last ingrident; two drops of Flobberworm mucus. Miles stared at his potion for a few minutes, he was so happy he finally completed it

He filled up a sample vile and then wrote his name neatly on the front folled by Wiggenwald potion. As he was walking up to place it on the desk, he past Professor Moody and smiled " Thank you Professor, I really enjoyed this lesson"
