Lesson 4 (First Years)

Nyx put her hands on her hips and pursed her lips, looking out at the classroom. They hadn't had a chance to actually start the class before it was over, and that was just unfortunate. She also knew that nothing was covered before her arrival here. She was required to give some sort of test today, but she couldn't test the kids on anything they hadn't learned... What to do, what to do... A PRACTICAL! That would work!

She took out what she had meant to teach the children during the last class, and set it up. Bouncing bulbs were set gently on her desk so they wouldn't react.

The students would be allowed to play with them like bouncy balls for a bit before being re potted.

J. J. came into the room and looked around at what the professor had set up. It looked interesting to say the least.

"Hello Professor," she smiled as she settled in.

Nyx smiled at the first person to arrive, "Welcome back, J.J.! How are you?"

Aquila waltzed into the room.

"I don't know about her Professor, but I am fantastic." He smiled giving the answer he would give no matter what mood he was in, and grabbed a spot.

Flora walked into the greenhouse, seeing Aquila and J.J already present
"Morning Professor. Hey J.J., Aquila."

Nyx grinned and quirked and eyebrow at the boy. "I didn't know you changed your name to J.J., Aquila." She teased. "But it's great to know you're so well."

"Welcome back, Flora!" She greeted the girl.

Alex walked into the class. "Hello professor" said Alex taking a seat in the front but not all the way to the front. Alex got out what she needed and waited for the professor to give instructions.

Herbology, a most boring class if there ever was one. Learning about magical plants was not high on his list but it was a class. Taking a seat in the back he waited for class to start.

Miles walked into the classroom, full of energy, "Hello Professor, what will we be learning about today" Miles said as he began taking out his quil and notebook
