H&PE Lesson 1 (fourth year)

Asric apparated right to his last lesson of the day, rather than walk which was expected of him. He'd had a busy morning at the ministry thanks to the last Maius leader, so he hadn't had time to walk or even run that morning. He glanced at his watch before clasping his hands behind his back waiting for the students to arrive.

Karma walked to her first H&PE lesson of the year with a small smile and Nightmare at her heels. Merlin only knew why the cat was still following her. Karma suspected she was extremely protective after what happened over the summer, but really, who could control these things?

She nodded to her professor in greeting and took a deep breath through her nose. It felt good to be home.

Jet walked into the H&PE lesson not really knowing what to expect, but he figured that with his skills he'd be great at it.

When he saw Karma, his hopes for the class shot up a bit. He smiled and greeted the professor before going to stand next to her and wait for the others.

Diane was quite excited for H&PE today. Since her sturdy uncle paid her a visit this summer (and made her do all sorts of stuff people usually don't do; e.g. running around an oval in the middle of the night), she felt rather confident to face Headmaster Chaos.

She saw two Slytherins on her way to class, making her quite nervous. She knows how the Slytherins are. But instead of being nervous, she decided to chant the Gryffindo motto in her head once again. Hoping that Bravery would come to her at this particular time.

She greeted her professor and stood beside the Slytherins. She knew the girl pretty well. And she isn't as friendly as any other people. Hopefully the guy beside her is.

Lucy grinned as she made her way down to the class. She arrived and nodded respectfully to the headmaster before smiling at the girl she didn't know very well, but seemed to be in the same house. She was slightly surprised that she didn't really recognize her, but decided to talk later, she knew that talking at the beginning of H&PE wasn't a good idea. So, she waited patiently, hoping the lesson woulsd start soon so she could keep doing exercise.

Ric looked at his watch and decided to wait no longer. "Right welcome back to another year of hunting and PE, you guys are now half way through your education here at Hogwarts so you all need to start getting your heads down and studying." He said clasping his hands together behind his back.

"Lecture over, how about we get back on track with the lesson?" He said looking at each individual person. "Now this year we will be looking into the hunting and tracking side of the subject. It takes years and years of experience for someone to become a good hunter but with determination and dedication you can get a good start. Now all of you name me one thing all hunters must do before going out on a hunt?" He looking to the first student to get their answer.

Diane raised her hand and spoke.

"Prepare, sir. All hunters must prepare everything they need before hunting" She awaited the professor's reply. Hoping it was to be positive.

"They must know what type of terrain they will be hunting in, or at least be ready for any terrain. They must expect the unexpected and prepare for it." She hoped that didn't sound to similar to what the previous girl had said. I wasn't meant to at least.

Tesla ran in hoping she wont get kicked out because she was super late.
"I'm sorry headmaster, I got lost on my way here", she spoke fearing his reaction. "Will you let me stay?"

Jet shrugged. "They must remain undetected by their prey."
