"I don't bite." He smiled. "Well not usually, but im willing to make an exception if you like that kind of thing." He chuckled wrapping his arms around her. If felt weird letting someone this close again. The last time he'd done this he'd been clinging onto his humanity like his life depended on it.

"How did i die?" He asked looking off into the graveyard, his face now full of anger and hate. "I was beaten to death, in front of a crowd of people by my step father." He said through gritted teeth. "My mother was there the whole time and she just stood there whilst i called for her help." He spat, his hands now turning to flames in his anger. It was just a good job they were touching because she'd have been toast otherwise.

Iva wiggled uncomfortably when Arsen mentioned biting, a bit. Slowly, she relaxed, resting softly against him. It was nice for a while, until he had became enflamed, she wondered if this was a normal thing.

She wanted to ask of it had hurt, then she realized that was a stupid question. Unable to think of anything else to say, she looked at her feet and mumbled, " I am so sorry."

She looked up at him, a bit worried about the flames. "Are you alright?"

He shrugged and wrapped his arms around her tighter against the wind. "Don't! You weren't there and its not your fault my mother turned out to be more useless than a professor in a burning building." He said remembering the day he got his own back to calm himself and as he did so the flames slowly died out with him.

"Yeah im fine. Im just not great when it comes to my temper thats all." He said watching a bird in front of them pick at the ground.

Iva was pulled tighter into Arsen's chest, a bit afraid of becoming crushed. Her body was shaking for a different reason now- laughter. She rested her head on his chest and broke down into laughter

"Like a professor in a burning building?" she laughed, trying to hold the giggles in. "That is so... funny!"
