Lesson Two - 4th Years

Miles walked into the Greenhouse and quickly checked that the plants were happy and healthy, he then made his way towards the solid wood table and sat down

He watched as the sun streamed through the glass, admiring it beauty, Miles then glanced over at the door to see if any fourth years had arrived yet

Letti walked across the grounds to the greenhouses, breathing in deeply to calm her erratic breathing. Her hair was all over the place due to her run from the dungeons, having slept in a bit later than usual that morning.

When the blond haired Slytherin arrived to her lesson, she noticed that she was the only student there.

Please tell me that I didn't just bust a lung for no reason, Letti thought, mentally groaning as she plopped down in a chair.

"Hello, Professor," she said, pulling her windblown hair into a messy bun and resting her head on the palm of her hand.

Oliver Penderghast walked calmly to the Herbology Greenhouse. He was in no hurry because he had left his tower in time so he wouldn't have to run to class.

When he arrived to the class, other than himself and professor, there was another Slytherin student who was sitting down looking bored.

He went to introduce himself to the Professor. With an extended hand and a polite nod, he said, "Oliver Penderghast, sir. I'm a fourth year Ravenclaw."

Once his introduction, he decided to go sit next to the blonde girl that had arrived first. "Hey, mind if I sit here?" He asked with a small smile.

A Slytherin girl entered the classroom and greeted Miles, he smiled and nodded at her " hello and welcome" the girl then took a seat and placed her head in palm she looked instanly bored and disinterested Great, looks like its going to be a fun lesson Miles thought sarcastically to himself

Soon a Ravenclaw boy entered the Greenhouse walked up to Miles introduced himself and held out his hand, Miles shook his hand "Nice to meet you Mr Penderghast, Im Professor Bloxam and welcome to Herbology"

Miles then sat back down and gazed out at the castle waiting for more students to arrive

When the Ravenclaw boy had entered the greenhouse, Letti hadn't paid much attention. She did, however, focus her attention on him when he had approached her.

The blond sat up straighter, giving her dark haired classmates a friendly half smile. "Go ahead," she shrugged, before adding, "I'm Letti, by the way."

Kathy walked in the room with her book by her hand. Hoping she wasn't late he quietly took a sit. She pushed her book on her chest as she sigh.

"Good Day Professor" Kathy greeted with a smile.


(OOC; sorry i hadn't show up some of your lessons. I was having some personal trouble which lasted for half a year. So, i've been away for that long , i think. I am really sorry)

Miles watched a student enter the classroom, a smile appeared on his face he then glanced down at his watch realizing that it was time to start the lesson the others who were late would simply have to recieve a detention

Miles then got up and stood in front of his desk " So class today we shall be learning about Demon Rose, a rather dangerous plant it's like a rose bush with flowering roses except if something gets to close to the plant it will shoot out missiles filled with poison"

Miles then pulled out his wand and levitate several Demon Rose bushes sitting on a trolley in the corner of the Greenhouse, they floated towards the students landing in front of them

" Now it's very important to prune these Demon roses, can anybody think why" Miles asked as he looked round the class
