Practically limping into the staffroom under the weight of her teaching materials, Koehae mused at how much energy teaching actually took. Yet she wouldn't have it any other way: as obtuse as those kids could be, she loved her job.
Slumped over at the table with a steaming fresh cup of coffee, she glared at it through her mess of hair. The aroma was sweet, but not tempting. No, what she needed was something far stronger ... Fire Whiskey; Guiness ... she recoiled at the thought of her native muggle drink. Merlin, there were some memories attached to that beverage!
Thinking that type of drinking while at the school would be inappropriate, she simply glowered at her coffee and took a swig.
Bless, she hoped it would get her through the marking she had to do and the lesson plans she had to create.
