Just the day before she had dyed her platinum blonde hair in a dirt brown color. On the package it stood the color would stay with the hair until you cut it off, her hair was now light brown. The veela magic in her hair vanished the color til nothing. People were staring, she pulled the scarf she used as a scarf closer around her hair and kept hey eyes looking down at the ground. Quickly Dorothee looked back and just as she thought a few fellows were following her. She started to walk faster and made a turn into a smaller alley, they were still following. Dorothee began to run but stumbled on her dress and fell to the ground. With all her strength she pushed herself up on her feet. They were getting closer. No she was not going to let them catch her.

''Come here little Veela. We won't hurt you.'' One of them said devious. She knew what they were and what they would do. Veela hunters. Yes they still exist sadly enough. And they were after blood, her blood and bones. It payed good on the black market. Her feet began to hurt, they were not made for running. Especially not running for her life. The men behind her began to throw spells towards her, she dodged the best she could. A spell hit her directly on the back and she once again fell. They were close now, too close. The sound of their breaths came closer and she could feel their filthy fingers touching her milk white skin.

''HELP!'' She yelled with her high voice clear as the first water drops in the morning. A veela like herself wouldn't go down without a fight. But it was five against little her. Looking around there was nothing she could use as a weapon towards them and her wand was lying on the bottom of her bag. ''Anyone, please help!'' She shouted with pain in her voice.

Tre had been wandering around, debating this and that and figuring he'd find a nice mortal girl to play with for a bit, when he heard the cry for help.

What kind of Angel would he be if he ignored it? The thought never crossed his mind.

He seemingly appeared next to the nearest one, throwing him across the alleyway and into two of the others.

He stood in front of the girl without a glance at her, his eyes set on the last remaining man and heis stance defensive. "I suggest you leave, stranger." He said, letting a slight russian accent adorn his voice. "I do not wish to harm you too." His golden eyes hardened to an angry amber. "But therer is no excuse for what you have done, and hopefully you will repent for your sins of hunting magical creatures."

The man ran after a growl and slur of threats, disappearing around the corner his friends had run off to when Tre hadn't been looking.

With a disapproving huff Tre turned toward the girl, automatically seeing that she was a Veela, and hiding it.

"Are you alright, miss?" he asked, his eyes softening and his voice gentle. "You've had quite the fright."

Back up on her feet she brushed of her dress, not that it helped and looked up at the boy with eyes slightly red. ''First of all. I am not a magical creature.'' She spoke with anger. If something she hated when people thought she was a creature. A human being, or a witch was to prefer. Not a bloody creature, she happened to be a Veela. Not a Unicorn.

Though he did save her life and for that she was forever thankful. Without his help, Merlin knows what would have happened to her. Her eyes changed back to blue with no trace from her brown contacts. Was there a spell for making them stay there? She needed to look up that later.

''And second of all.'' Now her voice sounded calm, almost like she sang. ''Thank you for saving me.'' The scarf around her head was full of mud and dirt, all she could do was to take it of. Down fell her hair, white and long flawless even though she just had laid in a mud pile.

Tre raised an eyebrow. "I wasn't talking about you." he said with a smirk. "I was talking about the many unicorns and centaurs they've killed and sold."

He nodded at her. "It wasn't a problem." he said, not really surprised at her change in eye color. Veela's control over their appearance wasn't very good. He shrugged, his eyes taking in her hair. "Would you like me to escort you somewhere, or are you fine on your own?" he asked, his voice innocent. He didn't really care for veelas. He liked humans better, they weren't as pretty, but Veelas were a bit... iffy.

''Sure you were.'' She said not really trusting his words. But really who did she trust? Except no one. Not even herself.

He didn't seem to be affected by her and the fact that she was a veela. Which felt good.
''No thanks I think I can make my way home safe and sound now.'' Home and home, more like closest Inn possible. She turned around looking for her squirrel.
''You didn't see a white squirrel on your way here did you?'' Oh that squirrel, scared for everything and everyone except herself. Always ran away when something happened.

Tre shrugged a shoulder and headed for the alleyway entrance. "I didn't see a squirrel." He called over his shoulder. "Oh, and if you need a place to stay, there's always my place." He smirked, shrugging.

His golden eyes swept the alleyway once more as he stood in the mouth of it, his mind working furiously. "You should probably disguise yourself again before you go, though. Who knows who else could be running around."

''Oh.'' Was the only thing she could say. Where had that bloody squirrel went?
He said something about her crashing at his place, but took it as a joke. She did need a shower ,she thought looking down at herself. Carefully binding in her hair in the mudfilled scarf pulling it down to her eyebrows she was ready too once again hit the road. Not able to stay long at one place scared to be founded once again. And that time who knew what might would happen.

''Thank you..'' Dorothee said once again to the boy.

Tre smiled angelically at her. "It really wasn't a problem at all." He said sincerely. "Just hope that I'm there to save you the next time." He winked at her before disappearing into the street, his mind already going to where he was headed.

He had an owl to send, and a message to clarify.

''Ah.'' She said not knowing what else to say really. He said something about her crashing at his place, but from what she heard he seemed to be joking so she just ignored it.

''Yeah I should. Don't want them to catch me again.'' She began to cover her hair, neck and part of her face with the muddy and wet scarf trying to remember the closest inn from here where she could get a hot shower before heading into hiding mode again. Being on the run could might seem interesting and adventurous to others. But really doing it was something else. You were completely alone and helpless with no friends nor family.

''Thanks once again.'' She said to his back.
