Gryffs with the Munchies (Diane and Ari)

Ari entered the kitchen with a smile. She liked it down here; it was much toastier than the rest of the castle and several times as accomodating. She smiled at a couple of house elves that she had met before; one of them had plied her with ice cubes when Elettika had burnt her tongue.
The fire was still warm too, casting a glow across the kitchen floor.
She loved it down here.

"WOW," Diane said, with her mouth opened, probably watering.... She stared at the kitchen and the house elves. "WOW"

Ari grinned at Diane's reaction; her first visit to the kitchens had been pretty similar.
"It's awesome, isn't it?" she said with a grin.
"Excuse me, Miss," a house elf nearby said cheerfully. "What would misses like to drink?" He nodded to both Ari and Diane.
"Please may I have a cuppa?" she asked politely. She waited to catch a name. "And... what do you want to drink, Diane?" she asked her companion.

"Anything...." she said, still looking around the huge kitchen....

"And a hot chocolate for Diane, please," she added to the house elf.
"Okay, Misses," he said. "I is happy to help!"

Diane looked at the little elf, charmed by its cuteness.... She always find house elves cute....
