Lesson one;; Fifth Years

Dylan walked in, wondering how he managed to get to two classes early. He just shrugged, and sat down. He started working on some homework, wanting to get some done for he was sure later on he would be exploring the castle.

He didn't look up who walked in, and just continued working on his homework.

"Wow, arriving first in two classes? Trying to be a good boy cause you're a Prefect?" Lora asked teasingly as she entered the classroom and saw her boyfriend. She sat down next to him and leaned over to see what he was doing. "And doing homework? Okay, I think I've definitely lost the guy I fell in love with!" She sighed dramatically and laughed lightly.

He just rolled his eyes and gave her a kiss. "Na, I need this done so I have time later to explore. I am just being smart." He grinned. "What about you, girlfriend of a Prefect? Am I rubbing off of you?"

Alucard wandered into the Charms classroom and saw two students that he was sure were of the Durmstrang exchange that Ruby talked about he took a seat a little bit away from them not knowing if he should approach them and welcome them to Hogwarts or not he wasn't usually this indecisive about matters but he did not know what to do.

Finally he got up the nerve and decided to talk to them. "Hello my name is Alucard Ergo Slytherin Prefect. Are you by chance from Durmstrang? If so welcome to Hogwarts!" He tried to sound friendly but it was kind of hard when he didn't want to be there in the first place.

Lenora walked into her class to see students from Drumstrang, then she remembered that there was a school exchange program. Lenora went to the board in her classroom and wrote on the board Patronus charm. "Hello everyone, my name is Lenora Malfoy but call me Professor Malfoy. Welcome to Hogwarts you two" Lenora said to the two students in her room.

"Can anyone tell me what this spell does" Lenora pointed to the board and waited for one of her students to answer her question.

"Hey Alucard, I'm Lora," she greeted the boy and grinned lightly. "Yeah, we're from Durmstrang, and thanks for the welcome," she told with a smile. She turned to see what the Professor wrote on the board and raised her hand, answering, "We use the Patronus Charm to fight off Dementors. But the spell only works when the conjurer thinks of a very happy memory."

"Correct, 15 points to your house" Lenora said. "Okay today we will learn that spell. Point your wands in mid-air and say Expecto Patronum" Lenora said with force. Out of no where a Rabbit appeared. "Okay now you try, don't worry if you don't get it the first time, it takes practice" Lenora said.

He looked up, to see a Hogwarts student. "Hey, I am Dylan Veer. Nice to meet you," His russian accent was very clear. Then he turned to the Professor, who walked in, and grinned.

"I bet I know what happy thought I will think," He whispered to Lor, grinning. Then he stood up, and concentrated on happy thoughts.

Lor's face when he showed her the picnic.... Them after the whole Lana thing.... The list went on and on, and then he flicked his wand and clearly chanted, "Expecto Patronum." A mist appeared, but nothing else.
